Pros: Clean rooms, nice area. Would absolutely stay here again..............
Cons: Bed was a little hard for my taste, but I prefer a soft mattress.

Nice hotel, clean, good location. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and bright. FYI no hairdryers in the rooms though.

Have been here before business

Pros: Breakfast service was excellent and delicious
Cons: Air conditioner in some rooms are noisy and difficult to adjust temperature
Have come here a few times for business. Staff has always been very pleasant and rooms are very clean and comfortable

Good stay for a business trip

Place had everything I needed for a business stay. Hotel needs some renovations as I likely would not bring my family here, but for just myself, it was a good stay. Staff was friendly, which can be rare these days.

Hotel was okay but was not a 3 star hotel. The hotel was a bit date however, the location was good.

Disappointing

Pros: The staff and late check out.
Cons: Maintenance- air conditioning, carpets, mattresses, couch.
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.
We like to stay at Holiday Inn Hotels and were surprised at the poor quality of the rooms in this hotel. The room was clean but poorly maintained. There were stains on the carpet, the couch was dingy and the air conditioner was very loud and noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not pet friendly

I booked my room online and didn't check in until 10:00pm. Didn't find out that there was a $75 nonrefundable pet fee until check-in. I was too exhausted from traveling to tell them where to stick their pet fee. This place is minimally acceptable without the additional surprises. FYI, this hotel is not a 3 star quality but I had to say that in order to post this info.

I apologize that the $75 pet fee was not palatable. This fee is in place due to the additional level of cleaning that we are committed to perform for each room. The charge is necessary to remove all remnants of your pet for a future guest.
