Property was under construction and I was placed on a floor that was under construction. Room curtains were old and had holes that let the morning light in. The tub was old and dingy.

The first thing that greeted us, when we walked into the lobby, was the horrific smell. The smell of something bad poorly masked by the overwhelming smell of an ammonia-based cleaning solution. Had we had any other choice, we would have left, before checking in, but alas... The first room we were assigned greeted us with its own fowl odor of accumulated dog urine and mustiness. We requested a different room. This room wasn't much better, but at least the dog urine smell wasn't there. Besides smelling musty, everything in the room was damp...dank. The floor, the sofa, the sheets...everything. As best as we could, we tried not to let our skin touch anything. Not getting a good night's sleep, we left as early as we could, the next morning. We didn't stay for breakfast, so I can't comment about that.

Room was not cleaned for 3 days. Clean towels left in bathroom but beds left in made despite the room being vacant for 13 hours. Room smelled like a dog. Bathtub and toilet very slow to drain. Toothpaste left in sink for 3 days. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Desk staff not so much.

Staff was great. The rooms smelled pretty awful when you first walk in. Toilet broke had to get moved to another room. Roach in that room. Left one day earlier that I had booked it for.

Staff was excellent…Very nice & friendly!! Beds and bathroom were clean. Rooms are very outdated for price. Didn’t have USB ports anywhere. Carpets are very old and musty smell in room was hard to deal with. Sadly not worth staying here. I appreciated the wonderful staff but rooms really need help.

Toilet did not flush completely. No extra toilet paper roll. No box of tissues. Ice machine worked the day before but then stopped. To their credit they sent someone right up to fix it. The employees were very nice. Just don't think it was worth $200 a night. Wish I had had time to use the beautiful pool. Delicious coffee set up in lobby.

Low quality high price
The person at the front desk was very nice, but I did specifically ask to be placed in the quietest room that they had when I got to my room, it smelt like urine and the carpet was torn in several spots, I was highly unimpressed with the quality of the room for as much as I spent to stay there I was also placed in a room very close to the elevator and a high traffic area facing a main road. I was very tired and when I went to climb into bed, the sheets were dirty and I don’t mean stained. They were literally dirty and disgusting. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice before and I’ve never been so disappointed this hotel needs a remodel, and every room should be deep cleaned, including the carpets.

If you can avoid, probably don’t stay here.
There was a pervasive smell of pot and wet dog in the halls. My room did not have a USB charging port, the bathroom was cramped, yellow light-lit, and small. The bed was comfortable until the smoke alarm went off at 7am. There was a bed bug/rodent exterminator truck that showed up on my last day. Overall, no thanks. I travel a lot and have tempered expectations but way overpaid for this stay.

The pictures for the hotel where fabulous. Upon arriving we saw that the establishment was very outdated and run down. The pool was not heated as stated and the hot tub was out of order as well. Maintenance said they are still waiting for a few parts. The next morning when going to take a shower, I had no hot water. We even gave it an hour to see if it would heat up again. If it wasn’t for the friendliness of the staff I’d be a lot more angry.

It was supposed to be a not smoking facility and the first room the smell of cigarette was horrible, the change the room for us and the next one looks better but very poor quality. Light didn’t work on bathroom or night lamps. TV very small and worst thing it didn’t work. Coffee machine has to be place on the floor because the electric court is not long enough. Not hot water to shower. Overall very bad experience.

Lot of gathering of staff with manager each morning more concerned with “she’s two faced” gossiping than customer service. Housekeeping did not fill coffee or even make bed no shampoo no conditioner
