The reservation of the room indicated that there was a refrigerator and a microwave, when in reality there wasn’t any of the two in the room that was assigned to us.

Expedia is terrible - they charge for things you do NOT get - like making changes to your reservation - so I will NOT use them again! Red Roof is largely what you would expect from an inexpensive "pet friendly" place which does not do the best job cleaning. The fit and finish of the room also left a lot to be desired. Maybe it will be better after they renovate - until then, my suggestion is "stay somewhere else."

Poor hotel, animal freadly so not quite.
Old Pillow to thin, woke up with pain in the neck. Suppose to be a deluxe room. No luxe at all. Mattress not confortable. Bad service at the reception. They try to charge us the room when it was already pay. HAd to argue with the girl at the reception to say it was already pay.To expensive for stay without breakfast. Not recommand all.

Called to verify are stay. They said the would not hold our room until we get there @ 1000pm. So we had to call and give them a card to pay for room before we got there; ended up paying a higher price then was on the app. Dirty with dead roach in bathroom.

We stayed in room 119 the night of Saturday Oct. 21, 2023. I slept in the bed closest to the bathroom. When I woke up in the morning I was covered with bug bites. They have not healed up yet (Oct. 25, 2023). I reported it to the desk and it was like they didn’t care. All they said was, “I’ll tell the manager”. I have pictures but I don’t know how to include them in this message.

Horrific
The worse red roof I have ever see. We were getting away from the hurricane on the gulf coast and booked with red roof of Vero beach just off i95. Appearance was awful. Had a hard time finding the office. Finally see that it was inside ihop restaurant. Had a funny smell inside the office. Got to the room and it was disgusting. Floors was so nasty that you had to walk around with shoes in or it would turn your feet or sock black. Shower was nasty mold under the sink microwave was nasty on the inside and had rust inside the door. No coffee pot in the room. No USB’s anywhere in the room. Wi-Fi kept kicking us off. Room phone didn’t work. Overall just a big dump. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Tosh at the check in desk was great. Property was average at best the floor was never cleaned. The bathroom door stuck and you couldn’t get out. The room was terribly noisy the first day but was ok the next. Mostly due to loud guests at 3am.

We liked the rate and convenience but rooms are in need of upgrading and there was lots of garbage around the perimeter, including broken toilets, wood, glass, etc. Also, site said pet friendly but, upon arrival, was told only one pet per room. Since I had already paid for the room & it was past the cancellation time, I lied that I only had 1 but actually had 2. Then I ask for a “do not disturb” sign because we were leaving the dogs in the room for a few hours to attend our granddaughters graduation. I was told they couldn’t be left alone unless they were in a crate (which we don’t own) and given this long list of pet rules. Needless to say, we put the sign on the door & left them anyway. This should be clearly stated up front.
