It was 11:12am and the housekeeper open our door as we were getting ready to leave propped the door open and started ripping the bedding off and throwing it on the floor, it was out of control. I know checkout time is at 11am but with kids it's difficult.

Pros: check on was ok
Location: do not see anything to my liking near by not a good location, next to train tracks and had noisy kids running all over late at night and at 6:30 a.m.
I did not wish to have a smoking room but that is all Expedite could find . Will not accept this any more. thanks

Staff very nice but the building was shabby at best. Carpet old and appeared to be dirty, toilet rocked - expected better from your Corp!

We arrived with the computer system down! The poor receptionist was left on her own to try and rectify the situation! We eventually checked in 2 hours late. We felt very sorry for her, but where was her back up? The room was clean, but very outdated. The air conditioning system was very noisy, not to mention the guests!!! We woken at around 5am,. The guests weren't youngsters either! Very loud conversations, no consideration for others. Not the hotels fault we know. The lady who helped with breakfast was excellent. Think it's time for a refit Quality Inn, and having used others they are all the same. For the price we paid very disappointing. Don't think it would be acceptable in the UK. We hope this review has some effect!

This motel is in great need of updating. Overall the room was clean. The staff for the most part were extremely pleasant especially the lady who kept the breakfast area clean. She always greeted everyone with a smile and went out of her way to provide the best possible service she could. One objection we had was with the cable TV. Several channels were not available. One of these channels was important to our business. It was the CNBC channel. We kept telling the manager about this and he always said that he had called the cable company and they promised that they would send someone to fix it. This was repeated every single day that we were there and consequently, we never had the TV fixed.

It was by far the worst hotel/motel I have stayed in. the toom was not very clean, the toilet was not securely fastened to the floor, and for the money I would not allow a dog to stay there. We only stated one night, and thats only because all of the hotels were booked. So I want to make sure I receive my refund.
