We stayed 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We ended up having to ask the front desk for extra towels and toilet paper and garbage bags...and still our room was not cleaned. We requested a room that was not near an elevator and we were put right next to the elevator. The pool also wasn't cleaned. We were very disappointed.

After driving 8 hours we arrived at almost 7 pm and were told we had to wait 30 minutes because our room was not clean. Checkin is at 3 pm. Only one tv worked there was blood on the sheets and urine on the toilet. Absolutely horrible. We could not change the room because they were sold out
