Room was quite spacious for 4 adults and was very clean. People at reception desk were very helpful and friendly. We chose this place because free parking was included. Overall, a recommendable place to stay if you have a car.

Got the wrong room when we got here but they quickly upgraded me to a suite. Beautiful though all beds in Italy are like sleeping on a wood table so I barely slept. Americans and Canadians enjoy luxury plush beds, down duvets and pillows. Not here.

Location is okay if you are driving. Free parking etc. Breakfast selection was not so great. Can improve... All other is fine . Clean room . Decent room size

This is a big hotel in a light industry part of Verona that caters to large tours and perhaps business visitors. It is value priced with a good breakfast. It’s negative is the location, a bit far out by cab from the airport and train station and walking around seemed problematic. Rooms are nice and staff friendly.

Overall, it was a great stay, but I did notice that the common areas, such as the reception, could use some additional cleaning attention. The garbage cans were filled up, which was a bit of a turn-off, and burned light bulbs in the room. On the bright side, the parking was easy and the lot was quite large. However, I must say that the area surrounding the hotel is not the best and the gate to the parking lot is closed at midnight for safety reasons. It does open early in the morning though. The breakfast provided was standard, nothing exceptional.

Great Hotel But Could Be A Little Cooler
The weather was hot (98 degrees Fahrenheit). The air conditioning was not sufficient. It only cooled down the air in the room to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The staff at the front desk was great!!!

Is a big hotel súper clean with big room and big bathroom the staff are very nice is a bit far from the center only 15 minutes in car but if you really want to rest is a great option

A bit disappointing
My visit days were Oct 11 to 14th. It was relatively still warm therefore I questioned how to turn on the air conditioning. After being told about 7 lies, I was finally told there were no opportunities for air, open the window and we wont be lending you a fan. I was actually instructed on where I could purchase a fan from but that turned out to also be a lie. I had to get a second room just to try to get some sleep with an opened window next to some type of manufacturing company that never stopped working. Breakfast was offered as compensation instead of a discounted rate. I asked for late check out 1 instead of 12 but was interrupted not once but twice. Of note, I was allowed early check in on day 1. As a result, I did not have a restful sleep at any point which affected the remainder of my holiday. Dont lie to your customers. Tell the truth from the beginning.
