Hotel is convenientlty located close to the train station, easy transportation to the station and hotel. Close to many sites. Would definitely stay here when we come back to Verona. Rooms are clean and renovated.

Warm and cosy room, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast .. a little bit of traffic noise, own balcony was nice, halfway between station and arena … would recommend and would return… thank you for a good time

The accommodations were good, the staff was friendly. It was only one hiccup with our order of the breakfast. We had an early flight so we couldn’t be there for breakfast. We at the front desk if it was possible to prepare for us breakfast to go and they said that they would give us a box with breakfast food. The next morning at the front desk when we asked for our breakfast the staff member said he didn’t know but he could prepare something for us. When we arrived in the airport ready to have our breakfast inside the bags were two cookies, two packs of crackers, bottles of water and two spoons (still trying to figure out what were the spoons for). We were very disappointed it would have been better if they told us no breakfast. I give them 0 stars for following through with a task.

Definitely I would recommend this hotel to friends
Very nice hotel perfectly located - just 10 minutes's walk to all attractions, many parking spaces are available around, there is hotel parking as well for the additional price. It was important for us because we traveled by car. Breakfast is OK. Easy to get to the hotel and find the way to the highway. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our family suite was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped with all the necessary amenities.

We had only a single day in Verona, and this place was perfect. We took a quick walk down to the Piazza to see the Colloseum and Juliet’s balcony, and the crossed the bridge for fantastic pizza. Staff was lovely, breakfast was delicious, the place was clean and well maintained. 10/10 recommend

I was not able to travel and enjoy the trip to Verona. The hotel would not refund my $705.00, so I kept the reservation. My travel companions enjoyed the hotel. Maybe someday I will be able to visit and enjoy this hotel.

Comfortable bedding and a wonderful shower
We were doing a quick overnight in Verona during an extended stay in Italy. The Hotel Firenze was just a ten minute walk from the train station and was situated in an area filled with restaurants and shops and about a 20 minute walk to the walled entrance to the historic part of town. The bedding was very comfortable and the shower in our bathroom was wonderful, a nice change from some of the other bathrooms we experienced while staying in Italy. Breakfast was included with our stay and offered more than the standard rolls, fruit, and yogurt, it also had delicious French-style scrambled eggs, bacon, and more. It gets very crowded at breakfast time and there was a shortage of glasses and cups by the time we arrived, but other than that it was wonderful.

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Verona and all the main attractions. The room was a little old fashioned but we had a large bathroom and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were problem with customers obtaining drinks at breakfast but staff did their best to assist as quickly as possible. Maybe if they served with jugs of coffee it would have been easier? I would definitely recommend.

Loved this hotel and the room was wonderful. Having a jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus after traveling all day. Breakfast had a great selection and food was very good. Room was set up well with a smart TV and black out auto shades for napping. excellent choice. We will definitely be back!

Walking distance to centre.
The receptionist was pleasant and the hotel was in walking distance of the historic centre. We were in a room that had not been refurbished. It was quite difficult to work out how to work the lights in the room. The shower head was at an unusual angle which meant that having a shower was not great. We did not realise that you needed to book a car park space and had to use a private car park opposite the hotel at €30 per night. There was a kettle in the room, efficient air con and blinds. Everything was clean. Breakfast was included but there was no bread other than to make toast. There was cheese, meat etc and pastries and a small selection of fruit and yoghurt.

Location & clean
Great location, close to the heart of Verona. Plenty of places to get food. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were not very pleasant, and breakfast was terrible as no staff on cleaning up dishes or replenishing breakfast foods. I would stay here again due to the location and cleanliness.

A very clean hotel in a great location. We walked there from the train station. We could easily walk to the points of interest and shopping. A wonderful full breakfast is offered in the dining area.
