Ottima esperienzaPosted Aug 12, 2015

Small centrally located hotelPosted Oct 30, 2014
Pros: We liked the location and modern facilities.
Location: Arena and Piazza Bra is 5 mins walk from the hotel. Juliet's house 10 mins. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Food excellent.
Great hotel within easy walk of central Verona (5 mins). The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was very modern and spacious. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff very helpful. We were a short walk away from the arena and all the other places of interest were within walking distance from the arena - Juliet's House, the Roman Theatre, the Cathedral, the Lamberti Tower, the river, the castelvecchio. Verona is a beautiful city and well worth a visit. A couple of days will be enough time to see the attractions, but stay longer if you wish to see the opera or visit the theatres. After all our sightseeing we loved sitting in the restaurants overlooking the arena, just relaxing and watching the world go by.

10 minute walk from Arena/Piazza BraPosted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Room, staff, free breakfast
Cons: Noise level, the sound really carries.
Location: Piazza Bra/Arena 10 minutes from hotel, shopping, sightseeing
Spacious room for Euro standards, nice room setup with armoire having plenty of hangers (including pants hangers); desk big enough for two people to sit and use laptops; Wi-Fi is fast; small bathroom but HUGE shower; great breakfast, including hard-boiled eggs, meat, cheeses, toast, juices, coffee machine, yogurt, fruit, breads galore; very friendly & helpful staff. Only drawback is some noise because all floors are hardwood and sound carries, but only during day. Very quiet neighborhood. They hold your baggage if you need to leave later than checkout and they have a nice bar in the back where you can sit and relax.
