In short, it is a good hotel, run by a family, quite close to Verona, which is connected by public transportation and a 20-minute drive away. We have stayed there for 3 years in a row and it is consistent in its quality-cleanliness-price. Spacious, bright rooms, and home made restaurant inside, nothing more is needed.

Did not feel safe In shower floors very slippery and mold in bathroom. Toilet seat was almost falling off, pillows were hard and room so small hard to get around. Both nights restaurant was reserved for another party so couldn’t be used by us as guests. Parking garage seemed very dangerous to use as it was very steep going in and out and the elevator was extremely slow . Would not at all recommend this property.

The property was and worn out . The room was old furniture, bathroom was dark no light mold on the ceiling in bathroom shower you had to open the door to turn around. This hotel has not been up dated since the 1970’s You should take the place off your list.

Dear Mr Alexander,I'm sorry to hear this, I've checked and your booking was for a double room and so you were allocated, it did have a bath but if only you would have let us know soon after check in that you prefer a shower we could let's check it out if it was possible to change. In fact, most of our bathrooms have a shower, but some have a bathtub.I hope I have clarified, have a nice dayMara

Room was comfortable but the smell of cigarette was really strong. Breakfast was really good. Hotel is 25 min away from train station.

Pros: Friendly staff always willing to help. Good restaurant, cheap compare to other options, food is like home. Cons: is an old property , not well maintained but clean, internet available only in the lobby ….

It is a great family run hotel where everyone is most friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good with locally sourced and freshly cooked food. The wine list is very good value for excellent local wines and beers. Breakfast is substantial and well presented. The hotel is situated on a bus route with easy access to the city and local sites. We would certainly recommend staying here when visiting Verona

Nice and clean and in a great location for access to wineries. Fabulous breakfast. Not fancy but suited our purposes very well.

Simple but comfortable hotel
This friendly and comfortable hotel has secure parking, lift, good wifi. In a quiet suburb of Verona with easy access into the center by car. We did not have the chance to try the restaurant for dinner (good breakfast) but it looked interesting. Would stay here again to see more of surrounding area.

I stayed there for 2 nights. I was given a room on the top floor loft. It was hot inside the room and they did not turn the central air conditioning on upon my request. I visited the marble fair in Verona. It is far, about 30 minutes by bus. After spending whole busy day people deserve to sleep comfortably in a hotel but they did not make arrangement beforehand so that people can sleep comfortably. They must change their attitude to serving guest than saving money.

Good choice
Perfect for what we wanted which was a base to see Verona. Free car parking, a comfortable room, decent breakfast and good value. Only one point was that we were recommended a carpark which had obviously been closed for some time.

If you need a place to rest your head...
We arrived at the Hotel Borghetti after 13.5 hours of driving. All we wanted was a clean bed to sleep in and a little bit of food. Both were provided by the welcoming staff. It is outside of town, but if you are looking for a one night stop, this is a good one. The breakfast was great and included in the price. Also, the garage was free which was a big plus.

Nice Hotel
Finding Hotel was good, and with parking included was great. We ate at Hotel dining room and this meal was very substantial and service was good. Room was roomy but shower was small, not for big people. Breakfast was very well presented with plenty of choice. On the whole a good overnight stay.

Fit for William Shakespeare
The room bedroom and bathrooms were large, cool, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was elaborate and delicious. The concierges were very helpful. I was amazed by how much we got for such a reasonable price. We were about 4 miles from the Ampitheatre, where we saw a Romeo and Juliet opera. This was not a problem, since we got affordable cab rides in and out of the old town, even late at night.

Family- run hotels are great hotels
A great experience, an excellent dining room with a very good menu and above all, very obliging, friendly and happy staff. Add to this free wifi, breakfast and parking. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Inexpensive hotel a long way from sights
Very clean. The restaurant for dinner was good. It's relatively new. The air conditioning was not available until June, but the temperature outside was mild.. Breakfast was good. Convenient parking.

Verona's Hidden Gem
Lovely, charming little place, rooms were clean but most of all Mara and Francisco working the front desk made us feel right at home ... Very helpful with directions and always great when you can get free internet ...

Super Familienhotel
Lage des Hotels für uns super da es nahe bei unseren Verwandten ist. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal und saubere, grosse Familienzimmer. Mit Bus oder Auto ist man sehr schnell in der Altstadt von Verona. Einfach perfekt und immer gerne wieder. Schade nur dass man bei diesem Hotel kene Bonus-Nächte sammeln kann..
