The room was a little small. Amenities great. Toiletries shower gel/ hair all in one. Breakfast was healthy & nutritious. Staff very friendly. Location excellent for shopping eating drinking & sightseeing. About a 20 mins walk for public transportation.

It wasn’t very safe leaving keys at reception because they gave keys back to us without knowing who we were. Staff were very judgemental when we held our own keys after that. But the location is good.

First time staying in Verona and we chose this hotel for its central location and price. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to all our needs. Very well located near the main shopping and restaurant areas, 50 mts from the Roman colosseum. Very good breakfast buffet included with our room and we got upgraded to a balcony room with a view. We booked two nights and stayed for four. As with most hotels in the “old towns”, the bathrooms are small and the walls are thin. We would stay again anytime.

The apartment was great, lots of room for 2 adults and 2 children. We were a little bit away from the main hotel, two doors down the street and in the top floor of a block of flats. This was fine, but didn’t quite feel like we were part of the hotel. The location was great though for exploring Verona. The room was modern and clean. Cups were disposable, but we asked for china ones. We enjoyed the short time we had in Verona!

It was in a fabulous location, 20 seconds from the Arena and main shopping street. It was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was a decent size and we had a small balcony. The continental breakfast had a good selection. I would highly rate this hotel.

Great services great location but the apartment room located outside of the main building is outdated. The rooms in the main building have better condition but space is small.
