Nice looking hotel but read.
Firstly do not rely on your GPS to get you here. Make sure you locate the hotel on your maps first and then make a End Point. or you will never find it!! The first night we got there the ac in the room did not work. After repeated attempts to fix the problem they moved us to another room. At approx 1am and the temp in the room was 28 degrees C. The next day they moved our room still had problems with the ac but at least it was bearable at 23 degrees C. Then the TV Quit after being promised it would be fixed we were then offed another room. This was room 4 we decided to leave early. The hotel staff are friendly and it’s clean but the services are not always open as advertised. Pool closures and spar etc close without notice. There is no numbers on the phone to help you navigate the hotel amenities. We found out reception you dial 9. Also the hotel is miles from any other restaurants or bars etc so plan on driving a good way for dinner or drinks. You are reliant on the hotel for your meals which are by the way pretty good all be it fairly expensive. This is not a hotel I would stay for an extended stay. No tea coffee making in the room or even a refrigerator. sometimes it’s hard to complain when people are so nice but at the end of the day this is what reviews are supposed to be for. Good Hotels are limited in this area really hope they read this.

Great hotel, terrible location without a car
This hotel is wonderful, but not within easy walking distance from the town or train station. I would not recommend you stay here without a hire car. Taxi's are unreliable and only really bookable via the hotel. Would be wonderful if they added a pool to the grounds for the hot days. They did turn the air conditioning off at times.

Pessima, nonostante la struttura sia bella e di buon gusto, ho dormito in una suite con la cassetta dello scarico wc completamente rotta, così per tutta notte l’acqua scorreva in maniera fastidiosa impedendone il riposo, inoltre immaginatevi quando si usava il wc, cosa succedeva non potendo utilizzare lo scarico, il tutto avvisando il ricevimento di quanto stava accadendo. Alla richiesta di uno sconto sul pernottamento, mi è stato risposto, spiacenti x quanto è accaduto, ma impossibile.

Gentile Mario,Siamo spiacenti per l'accaduto, cosa imprevedibile e purtroppo alle 03:00 di notte non ci è stato possibile poter porre rimedio al guasto occorso.Siamo altrettanto dispiaciuti del fatto che non abbia voluto accettare il cambio camera proposto dal collega della reception, unico rimedio possibile data l'ora ed il genere di disguido.

La struttura si trova in una zona industriale quindi nulla attorno . Abbiamo richiesto 2 cuscini in aggiunta e siamo dovuti andare in reception a prenderli per mancanza di personale presente in hotel. Nel frigobar in camera presenti solo 2 bottigliette di acqua la sera del 31.12 e senza la possibilità di fare un Brindisi in autonomia ( almeno il 31.12 un Prosecchino)). Colazione scaglionata a orari deciso dalla Direzione . Caldo torrido in camera non gestibile in autonomia ma solo dalla reception con 25 gradi . Spa non aperta agli ospiti . 4 stelle ? Prezzo eccessivo per la qualità dei servizi messi a disposizione del cliente Giudizio negativo in generale

ottima stazione di ristoro.
Ottimo albergo, confort ineccepibile e servizio da grand Hotel. Personale accogliente e felice. tranquillità e svago con la piscina interna. Da non perdere il ristorante dell'albergo. Conoscevo L'hotel in quanto ho soggiornato tempo addietro. Sono ritornato per una notte e devo dire, che anche a distanza di tempo dall'ultima volta, l'hotel ha migliorato quanto di già ottimo offriva. Personale assolutamente cortese, struttura pulita ed accogliente, camere pulitissime e perfettamente preparate. Cena e colazione di primissima qualità come pochi hotel tra quelli da me visitati(vi assicuro che sono tanti). Complimenti!!

Hotel moderno con camere molto ampie. Piscina bella e pulita.... nota molto negativa e non specificata nella descrizione che per utilizzarla si deve prenotare in quanto non possono entrare + di un tot di persona (18 persone circa) dell’hotel inquanto hanno cambiato gestione della stessa e possono entrare anche persone esterne l’hotel. In tutti gli hotel che sono stato con piscina non ho mai avuto questa imbarazzante e fastidiosa esperienza... di avere una descrizione di un servizio non usufruibile liberamente... con tutte le stanze che ha l’hotel 18 persone è veramente low profile
