Just what we needed
We really only needed a place to stay near the airport for a super early flight the next day. The exterior is nothing to look at. It even made us fear what we might find inside, but inside was no frills but clean and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. They contacted us before our stay and they made arrangements for a shuttle to take us to the airport.

The situation geography terrible in the Middle the industrial area...noise and staff is terrible rude..

Great Value
Service was excellent. The room was very clean and the value for money, particularly for the breakfast, was excellent. Very convenient for my purposes, but I would recommend having a car.

The breakfast team were nice enough, they got us gluten free bread from the kitchen. The reception staff could do with some customer service training and a good dose of compassion. They didn’t answer any of our calls to reception. The beds were uncomfortable so my daughter wanted to sleep on top of the blanket with my blanket on top. We were refused access to the pool, because we were checking out. No options were given for paying extra to keep the room on, which would have been a really simple solution!

Family Holiday
This is a nice well, run hotel quite close to Verona. There were buses outside the hotel and it was also only a 15 minute walk to the train station where you could travel to Verona in 10 minutes. The hotel has a swimming pool and relaxation area which was fabulous. The pool was a nice temperature and my little girl loved swimming there too. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I cant comment on that but we enjoyed breakfast at the café across the road and there was a Mc Donalds and a couple of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!

will never go there again
rooms smell super bad, hotel is away from city center, the pool was filed with Clorox and our eyes were burning so had to go back to the room immediately.....this is not a 4 star, I will call it a 2, will never recommend this place. Front desk wasn't to friendly and breakfast was over price. will definetely go back to Italy but will be selective because the picture this hotel shows is not the same when you get there!

A very down at heel dated hotel in a very seedy area. The food was less than appealing and breakfast was sparse and limited. The decor and the room had definately seen better days.

A basic hotel in my opinion. Not ideal location, nothing around it and a taxi ride from airport. When we arrived it was Easter Sunday, EVERYTHING was closed, even the restaurant in the hotel. No buses etc etc.

Great hotel!
This hotel is definitively an alternative to the hotels in Verona centrum, especially if you have a car. The hotel offered a great spa, breakfast and wifi. Worth to drive a bit out of town.

Nice stay in lovely Verona!
I enjoyed it quite much. The front desk was overwhelmed and frazzled by our large party of 12 people, but it was understandable. Clean hotel room, breakfast was so-so, close proximity to hotel made it easy to get to hotel next day. Complimentary airport shuttle was a big bonus.

Very disappointing
The hotel mentions it is a 4 star hotel and we have been to a 2 star hotel which offered better quality and service than this one. The receptionist was correct but the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The only good thing about our stay there was the close restaurant named 'la musa' which offered great meals and quality dining environment. For the rest, it is not worth to stay at that hotel.

A little bit too far from City Centre, although free parking and indoor pool available. Limited bar, no restaurant, just breakfast and snacks. In an industrial area, typical business hotel. Minibar not worth mentioning.
