A Highly recommended hotel!

A hotel has a great location, a beach club access (in some types of rooms it is included in nightly price). The breakfast is an unexpected variety of Italian food originating from Tuscany.The rooms are clean and spacious.The design is quite particular,but nice. The staff is welcoming and nice.

Hotel is centrally located. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Staff is great.

Exceptional stay.

Our stay was Amazing, the hotel upgrade our room to a junior suite. the wifi signal was low so i called the reception for help and they put a modem in our room! and that was great! Love it. definitely will come back again.

Hotel rooms are VERY dated.

The charge for the rooms in this hotel are way over priced for what you are getting.There is a dirty shower curtain where the water from the shower floods the entire bathroom and goes into the bedroom.The bed belongs in a Holiday Inn.The mattress is hard as a rock-you feel all the springs in the bed.The pillows are stone hard.The bed is basically on the floor - its that low to the ground.The put you in a handicap room without getting your consent.For 1k USD a night- I would RUN away from this overpriced prehistoric monument they call a "5 star hotel." The hotel is undeserving of 3 stars to say the least.Every room is horrible.Our friends stayed in what the hotel calls a "Junior Suite" which was dark and dingy and the shower pressure was equivalent of a sprinkle which made them go to a local hair salon for a hair wash.I would never return to this hotel.The entire area is a tourist trap overcharging their visitors-the juice at breakfast is 20 Euros. RUN AWAY - DO NOT STAY HERE!

Hotel was about 10 minute walk to beach Hotel very tired and needs a refurbishment Bedroom very small and pretty dismal No water supplied in bedroom what you would normally expect in a so called 5 star hotel this was a money making hotel The breakfast for 25 euros a person very poor again not a 5 star breakfast But on a good note the staff were helpful and very friendly But on a cost front they are better hotels in Europe would not return

How much you like the hotel will depend upon how much you like Forte dei Marmi. The town is undeniably luxurious in a very blingy sort of way - and so is the hotel. And both are expensive. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times both in the hotel and on the beach.

Great Hotel

For those that like Forte this is a wonderful hotel, walking distance from the center. If you don't like glitz, it may be over the top for you...with the gold leather chairs and sofas, and gold flecks on the beige corridor walls..I found it fun!

Cons: parcheggio, costi colazione e parking
Location: posizione centrale, versiliana, spiaggia, cave, pietrasanta, città d’arte molto vicine, riviera ligure, ecc
bella stanza grande ben arredata, ottimo letto, esposizione laterale non il massimo, bel bagno, buoni materiali, purtroppo colazione extra molto cara, parcheggio interno non adatto a macchine basse, pagato lo stesso importo per parcheggio esterno...., ma bella stesura elegante e molto centrale, personale molto gentile e professionale.

Очень плохой сервис, начиная с заселения, впервые на рецепшен молодой человек не мог найти бронь, искал полчаса.Вначале сказал вы не проживаете здесь .Представляете услышать впервые за 10 лет и бронировали не через левый сайт.Потом, когда дочь показала бронирование на итальянском, наконец нашёл, но сказал, что эта бронь на Крылову, а мы Кусенковы, но все таки ключ дал.Прийдя в номер, увидели приветственное письмо на нашу фамилию.Когда подошли к русскоговорящей Ирине и попросили организовать встречу с главным менеджером для объяснения ситуации, так и не получили.Вообще Ирина непонятно зачем там?!Такого русскоговорящего, который не смог решить ни одного вопроса, я не видела.Просили у неё доставить в номер ватные диски с палочками, прождали 2 дня и уже сами позвонили на рецепшен и в течение 2- х минут получили.Просто с языком проблемы, поэтому к ней и обращались.Ресторан заказывала 2 дня, все не работают, а потом пришли на рецепшен в 9.40 утра и в течение 5 минут нам забронировали 2 ресторана, спасибо.На завтраке вообще официант подходит на пятый раз для принятия заказа на кофе, народу никого.Вот и не поняла, что же это за чудо отель с ценами выше , чем на Лазурном берегу и с нулевым сервисом ?!Единственное это хороший номер и убирали хорошо, нет вопросов.Никому не смогу рекомендовать .
