Close to the train station

We were looking for a place close to the train station as we had to leave early to catch a flight home.

Room 208 was very uncomfortable - too warm and the air conditioning made things worse. Last resort - sleeping with the window open - unfortunately this did not end up a good plan due to the noise levels outside from traffic and people

I booked this hotel as I got this in the search as breakfast included. I booked and when at the time of check in, the staff said it's not included and I don't know whose mistake was this hotels.com or Astra. But I ended up paying extra for breakfast which was quite disappointing.

Poor wifi, poor service

There are a few basics that an hotel can't miss, like providing a functioning wifi. When I notified to reception that it wasn't working, I was offered to pay (!) for the wifi. They eventually gave me a new code for the "good" wifi, which was not working. Also called because the socket to charge my laptop was not working either. They said they'd send someone, but never came to fix.

Excellent stay with family

Nice hotel, best location just in front of station and shopping centers, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Good and tasty breakfast. Must mention this is only hotels that is much better then shown on the websites.

Pros: very nice facility, good restaurant.
Cons: water from bathroom faucet had a bad sewer-like smell, afraid to drink or use in tea pot
Location: Chaplin's World, very interesting! Boat rides on lake to Montreux. Beautiful scenery
In town to see Chaplin's World. Didn't even have to look for hotel, right across from train station!
