Excellent hotel close to all attractions on a quiet Street. Nice room, food and access to balcony, lovely staff. Only problem is reception on arrival is a little hidden away; sign could be clearer. - it's on the ground floor to the left of the entrance!
They gave us a 4pm check out and upgraded our room when we asked, Super nice and friendly people!
Surprised by this hotel has a very spacious room, and the facilities are very updated too. The breakfast is very good with a lot to choose from. Location is a ideal as well. Definitely recommended!
Helpful staff who gave useful advice on places to eat and visit.comfy bed ,with clean bedding changed daily. Ample breakfast to start your day.close to train station and city centre.
Clean room, great location but slow shower drain. Also, the hotel.staff turns off the air conditioning when you leave the room, so when you return after a long day, the room is hot and takes a long time to cool off. That is frustrating since I was paying for an air conditioned room. Breakfast was ...
Overall a very solid place to stay while on business at the conference centre around the corner.
It was very good and the manager could not have nicer. There are 4 women in our 60s traveling and he carried all 8 of our bags in and got us situated.

The staff were very helpful and were happy to provide free devise on the city of Florence. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the main train station and 10 minutes walk from the main city centre. The room was clean and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out for 24 hours. Breakfast ...
i stayed at the vasari only one nite before taking a morning train to rome. it was more pleasant than i expected. it had character and the staff actually made to-order cappuccinos in the morning, something 4-star hotels don't always do now in italy.
This hotel is beautifully decorated with antiques. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious (eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, juice, cereal)...the most extensive we had our whole trip. Restaurants, shopping, historic sites. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice as well. We had to leave very early (4:30AM) to catch our flight home and the staff left a packed breakfast meal to go for us. Very thoughtful. The hotel itself was ...
Location and staff were absolutely wonderful. My wife and I are older, so, the stairs were a little tough to take and the beds and couch could have been a little more comfortable, but, that's just us. The staff really were helpful with anything you needed.
