Beautiful hotel. Staff helpful with issues we had with delayed baggage. Great location, walked everywhere from location, near Metro station.

So-so hotel located in a good area

Cons: Front desk could be friendlier. Seemed like they would be nice one day and then semi-rude the next, something I did not appreciate.
Location: Easy walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Villa Borghese.
I was excited about staying at this hotel, given the location and amenities. However, it ended up being quite a let down. I wouldn't say it was awful, but I most likely wouldn't recommend to a friend. The front desk was really hit or miss. One lady (her name was Fabiana or something similar) would be condescending and almost rude one day, but then super helpful the next. It was like with a few of them (I think Giada was another one). The bellmen were all very nice so that was great. You had to walk about 20-25 minutes to the Colosseum (but maybe it took that long because I got lost) but it was central enough for you to not need a taxi or even take the metro everywhere. The Kami Spa staff (separate from the hotel, I believe) were amazing. I met three different employees there and they were all top notch. As mentioned, the location is good but there are so many hotels in that vicinity that you could easily stay at another one. Overall, it was fine but also disappointing.

The hotel and room are very nice and clean...the staff is very friendly and helpful the ladies at spa gave the best massage ever!!!! The location is perfect because it is quiet but surrounded by lovely restaurants!!! Thank you!!

Great Location, just like what other reviewers say

Pros: Comfort mattress, very cool air condition in the summer which is very good.
Cons: Poor room condition, too small, bad air circulation
Location: Great location near everything
The location is good, near all the attractions, we booked the superior room which exactly looks like the photo they showed, but nothing more. The bed is comfort and that's the only pros, the air circulation was somehow not good, there were some weird smells. However i would still recommend people to stay here, before booking this hotel check out other reviews and which are mostly similar and correct.

Hotel room is small, the air conditioning is weak, and one the room is smelling.

Comfortable hotel close to all major attractions

Pros: Good location
We spent 3 nights in the Grand Hotel Place and overall the experience was pleasant. The only drawback of the hotel is that the bathroom ventilation doesn't work well and the bathroom is a bit smelly. Also, the room cleaning service doesn't provide much amenities such as shampoo or conditioner.
