"Quality hotel close to the main shopping area."
This is a quality hotel with all the attributes that you would expect from a 5* hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean being cleaned twice daily. The facilities were fantastic with a very pleasant roof terrace and bar. The main bar and restaurant were excellent. Breakfast was a particularly pleasurable experience.

"Excellent Hotel in Rome"
The Aleph Hotel is a beautiful hotel that is in a very good location - near the best sites yet in a quiet area, the best of both worlds. We were able to walk to to everything we wanted to visit. The hotel is also within a short walk of a couple of dozen excellent restaurants. The staff are terrific - helpful, friendly and willing to do whatever you ask. The rooms are nice, and the mosaic tile in the bathrooms is fantastic. We are planning to return to Rome next spring, and intend to stay at Aleph again.

"Lovely Hotel"
We had a quiet room on the 5th floor on the side closest to the Via Venuto. The room itself was very clean and smart. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to sit in the evening with views across the city. We would happily stay there again.

"Nice hotel, quiet location"
Great stay although very glad we upgraded our original booking to make sure we stayed in the nicer half of the hotel. Fun over the top decorations which us non European tourists lapped up! The jacuzzi was fun but sadly the shower was pretty awful and the only other down side was there were no staff available for any treatments so we didn't take advantage of the spa. Fabulously helpful and friendly staff - love love loved their local restaurant recommendation.

Pocket Guide: Via Veneto, Rome Spa Hotels

Made famous by 'La Dolce Vita' film in 1960, the Via Veneto is going through a glamorous renaissance. Bars, restaurants, chic hotels and boutiques all vie for attention in the street which coined the expression 'paparazzo' – the surname of the photojournalist in the film. Nearby, the Spanish Steps are the place for lovers' trysts, shopping, and honing the Italian art of 'dolce far niente' – idling and people-watching.
