Vicksburg Gallery

This was probably the most well equipped vacation rental we ever stayed at. The loft is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved the view from the rooftop. Communication with the owner was excellent.We’ll definitely stay here again, if we’re in the area. J and J

A Wonderful place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris’s loft. It was very peaceful, comfortable and clean. A very unique place to stay and within walking distance to alit of restaurants and museums.

Great Get Away!

Great place for a quiet get away. Chris was easy to communicate with and always available. Lots of places close by to eat and hang out. You almost never have to get in your vehicle till its time to head home!

Don’t sleep on this fabulous listing!

Our family of 4 has been staying in this loft every time we’ve visited Vicksburg the last 8 years. The space is magnificent, the art is stunning and there’s so much SPACE! Chris is super responsive and we’ve never had a single issue.You will not regret staying in this loft (in the heart of downtown and walking distance to great shops and restaurants).

Great experience!

Great communication and customer service. The loft was exactly the way it looks in the pictures. Very clean. Great art work in every room. The roof top view is an ideal way to watch the sun set and relax. The location is perfect and central to restaurant's, coffee shops, and boutiques. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Lovely Vicksburg loft

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely and comfortable loft. Located near many restaurants and shops, it also has a great view from the roof deck. Our host was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Celebration

Loved the accommodations. Chris the owner very laid back and flexible for your schedule. We checked in early and checked out late. Property was spacious and georgeous with plentiful amenities. Great location downtown for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Downtown Vicksburg

We truly enjoyed our beautiful downtown loft stay. The loft has everything you want or need. We were able to walk to eat dinner every night, enjoy the park within walking distance, and even enjoy the beautiful murals.

I want to be an artist!

The loft was fantastic for our soccer weekend! My daughter has decided that she wants to be an artist! The rooftop was fun and the elevator was a Godsend! Chris let us know if eateries near by and we enjoyed our time there!

Fun & Unique Loft

Perfect place for a weekend stay with our college kids to relax and enjoy being together. They loved being able to walk to multiple restaurants & the brewery across the street. I enjoyed walking around the downtown shops & art galleries. My husband enjoyed all the history. Everyone loved drinking wine & bourbon on the rooftop terrace & watching the sunset over the Mississippi River. This large space is filled with unique art, books and music. Comfortable chairs & couches to curl up on with a good book. Nikki was very friendly & helpful throughout our stay. Loved the art gallery. We couldn't resist buying a wonderful piece for our home. Can't wait to visit this loft again. Nikki, next time Bill Perry will come home with us.

Change of Plans

I was originally planning to visit in October but something unexpected happened and the owner was nice enough to change my reservation for me to arrive sooner. We also had trouble coming across the Mississippi Bridge and her and her staff member remained in contact with me the whole time. We were scheduled to arrive at 2:30 but ended up getting there around 8:30. I really want to thank both of them for accommodating us. The room was huge, nice, full of unique art pieces and the roof top deck was also great looking toward the water. It was my husband, my 1 year old, and me and still had more than enough space for more people. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas get away with friends

We, as a group of 4 retired teachers, absolutely loved our stay in Chris’s loft above her gallery. She welcomed us in and gave us a tour explaining what we needed to know to make the visit perfect! We had everything we needed plus more. Chris had even done some Christmas decorating which made the stay so festive. All the artwork was amazing in the loft- such an eclectic assortment. Rooftop was great even with the weather being a little cool. Sunset? Wow! Beds were very comfy. We were right in the perfect location for shopping and good restaurants. I personally loved the art, lamps and book collections so much. ❤️ Thanks to you, Chris, for making us so welcome. We feel like we’ve found a new friend. Merry Christmas to you. 🎄

Terrific Rental!

The loft over the HC Porter Gallery was everything the listing said it would be. Spacious, great outdoor space and everything we needed for a great vacation. The staff were wonderful. Chris and her team at the gallery were so friendly and gave us lots of ideas to make our vacation the best it could be. 5 star
