Professional staff & cleaned room.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were very very pleased. I must say, please have the coffee in the lobby ready earlier.

Room was not what was on the website, smells, outdated, only good thing was casino on site. Overly priced

I requested a non smoking room but received a smoking room flossed over with loud spray.

Older hotel they still allow smoking in rooms the whole hotel smells like cigarettes

The location was great.. We had a wonderful view of the river from our room.. The worst part was breakfast.. We had a small selection of food to choose from.

Thank you for taking time to share your comments. We are changing our breakfast beginning September 1, 2017 and you will be able to go to O&H express to purchase the food of your choice . At this time the items we have is limited with space and area of breakfast.

Pubic pillows

Rude staff that act like it is a problem to help you do anything. There were pubic hairs on the pillows of our dirty room. No room service. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at any hotel anywhere.
