“Great stop off point on the Garden route. Hotel had great views across the ocean and nearby town and close enough to amenities to have a social gathering wander across to them. Room immaculate with great facilities. ”

“Exceptional service and high quality surroundings. Not a huge amount to do around Wilderness itself but you are a safe 5 minute walk to many restaurants. Girls on the Square (cocktails /chicken stack) and Mozambik (prawn beline/steaks). Super relaxing property. ”

“We wanted to love this place. The location and house is sublime. The staff is very nice as well. The problem is that we payed a great deal for two nights, but there was no hot water for the entire stay. On the morning we were leaving, prior to check out time, they just shut off the water altogether with no warning. They did give us 10% off for one night. But that was hardly compensation for the water situation. I just can’t recommend this place. ”

“Wonderful place, luxurious accommodations, wish we had more time to enjoy it. Right next to the beach the thunderous crashing of waves was magical. Rooms well appointed with lots of treats and drinks all included. ”

“The hotel unfortunately is a bit run down, neglected maintenance and during our stay they were renovating Spa (closed), Lifestyle Center (closed), phone system & water system (brownish at times) which is a lot at one time. We found the entry exit procedure extremely annoying, scan vehicle, scan drivers licence, call hotel to open barrier and when they don't pick up you're left there standing. Each and every time you leave! Also ocean view (at extra cost) from our room very debatable as the golf……

“我們很滿意這次入住Fancourt hotel四晚，這裡是打高爾夫球的天堂，有三個一流球場，還有附近一小時車程內有好幾個不錯好球場。我們享受旅館優質服務和印度洋邊的高爾夫球場。 唯一讓我們非常困擾的事，旅館在我們入住前通知我們要變更我們預訂的房型，從Manor house 變成Fancourt hotel的單房套間，這個改變徒增我們這次旅行的擔心和困擾，對Fancourt hotel預訂部門的做法，感到令人失望。”
