Cons: The whole hotel
This hotel is so out of date, bugs in the bath tub, spider webs hanging from light fixtures, very smelly and just over all dirty!!

Check in was fast and the individual was quite competent! The price was lower that expedia quoted me! The room was definitely a non-smooking room. Obtaining a later check out was easy and very nice!The carpet was not as clean as it should have been. Over all we had a pleasant stay

The hotel needs a renovation, nice pool area, rooms are clean, very friendly hotel stuff.

For the price you pay it was great.

Pros: The house cleaning staff was awesome. The cleanliness was great.
Cons: They double charged me for a reservation. The front desk and management was not very forgiving with circumstances.
Location: Great location near the beach! Great places to eat and close to everything near the ocean.
The hotel manager did not speak good English. The hotel house keeping was excellent!

Pros: Nothing!!! So gross!!
Really was unsatisfied!! Rooms need to be upgraded! Beds and all! A/c's everything!!!

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: The restroom in room 100 had a few flaws that I did not mind but others probably would. Those flaws consist of the toilet paper holder being unglued f
Location: The location was awesome. Right in the middle of pretty much anything you would need.
My experience was a good one, besides the fact that the pool was closed and that was one of the things we were planning to do during our stay.

THE MAIN REASON WE CHOSE THIS HOTEL IS BECAUSE OF SWIMMING POOL AND WE GET THERE AND THE POOL IS SHUT DOWN BECAUSE WATER WAS GREEN.VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Hot room

Pros: The price was right.
Cons: Work on customer service.
Location: Beach and fishing nearby.
Room 207 was hot, and it seemed the management was aware. We were told to complain to the corporate office. My nephew had to go buy a fan because he couldn't sleep.
