A few complaints. There were roaches in our room and when we got to our room it reaked of bleach. For someone with asthma made it hard to breathe. It was so overwhelming that we left for a while. The good thing is we knew it was clean. The breakfast was good too.

Clean hotel, convenient and safe location. Refreshments served in the evening and hot hotel breakfast in the A.M. Dwight at the front desk was friendly, professional and went out of his way to accommodate guests requests. Nice hotel. I'll look for them for future stays.

Acceptable, but improvements needed

Cons: Improve water pressure on third floor.
The room was clean, but housekeeping didn't re-stock basic toiletries and tissues as needed. Had to call down to front desk for those items. The door to our room didn't close properly and made a loud scraping sound when closing. Other guests slammed doors at all hours. Water pressure in shower on third floor was very low. But the staff was nice and the breakfast was fine. The hotel is also in a really good location for getting around town. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Has been better - odor not clean

Room 212 had a strong musty moldy odor. The housekeeper kept leaving the bathroom exhaust going.i had nasal congestion & when I told the desk clerk she told me to keep the BR fan on & she would tell maintenance in the morning
