Great place. The elevator was out of order so that was an inconvenience and the ice machine on the 2nd floor (where I was staying) was not working either. The breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and friendly staff kept it clean and stocked.

Interior muggy, very damp inside pillows and blankets moist, bugs on pillows and in corners of room, no working elevator, very weird people drinking outside and approaching you as you come in.

I mean it does what it’s meant for. Besides the elevator not working for. While now. Still choose to stay here. The outside door lock wasn’t working. Having to walk all the way to the other side door. Walk up three flights of stairs. I mean at the end of the day I was able to shower and take my kids a shower and we all slept comfortable.

Upon check-in we were told the elevators were broken which remained that way during our stay. There was trash in the stairwells and things were generally not maintained. We had broken fixtures in the bathroom and a hole in the door. The toilet had issues flushing. Our second night there, the sheriff’s department came knocking door to door at 1 am. The breakfast was very limited. There was coffee in the room but no sweetener or cream.

Really no elevator? You could have mentioned it b.
Elevator was down whole stay. No gesture made say extra person to help haul things to your room or discount coupon to local eateries or to go cups take coffee with you. Something acknowledging the huge inconvenience.

Although the hotel was decent it lacks any service. Breakfast was bare minimum & very limited in selection especially for someone with allergies. None existent housekeeping staff. We were there for 11 days & room only cleaned one time after we asked about it. Had to empty own garbage & get clean towels from desk. I understand that staff is hard to find & keep but this is really ridiculous!!!

We arrived about 1030 pm , the lady who checked in was really nice and quick . The next morning which was sumday we went down to eat breakfast . To my surprise thete was nothing, i had my grandson with me , this was the first time i had stayed here many times . There was no plate when we asked the lady at the desk she said they didnt have any . But she was on here cell phone much to busy for us or the other guest . This was not the same lafy who checked us in . I might add she was on here cell not on hotel business but she had it on speaker everyone could hear it . The whole breakfast setup was a very poor display of employment.

I didn't like that I didn't have enough towels for our family. They ran out of breakfast early and the person that brought out the food looked like she was mad. The property smelled liked sewer in the lobby and when you got out the elevator.

Property was very nice and a pretty good value. Anastasia at check-in was amazing, making our check-in experience one of the best we have ever had. “Breakfast” offered only cereal and waffles. No protein. Thank goodness there was coffee.

The room smelled like mold, dog, or chemical cleaner…not sure which it actually was. It really bothered me. I reserved a room with a king size bed but was told they didn’t have any available (we did not arrive late). The shower had a water-saver shower head that greatly diminished the water flow. Everything else was about as expected for a $75 room (small TV, minimal amenities). Bed was comfortable. Relatively quiet but some noise breakthrough from other guests. Breakfast was good.

The staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were professional. We weren’t constantly disturbed but we were properly serviced our entire stay. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room felt extremely spacious with the high ceilings. The entire place was clean and smelled like it too!

Thankfully, I only needed a very short overnight stay. This property needs a deep clean. Dirty, ripped carpeting, dirty/dusty curtains, Visible black residue in the bathroom vent and ceiling. Pieces of the black substance fell onto the toilet seat. There was a moldy smell…I bought a candle & air freshener. I was unable to see out the front window due to a cracked film covering. I slept in the chair with my clothes on & left well before 7AM. They were serving breakfast but I wasn’t brave enough or hungry enough to attempt. Disappointing because it’s located in a highly accessible area near a neighborhood.

They don’t clean the rooms or change the towels after requesting for several days. They want to charge a regular nightly rate when staying 6 days then tell you cleaning is only once a week and you have to get your own towels.
