Better than expected

Pros: Beds.
Cons: Some sort of night light so we didn't have to leave the bathroom light on all night.
Location: Don't know.
We went expecting a lower quality than received. The breakfast was good, with fresh waffles, eggs and sausage. Good orange juice. The staff were very accommodating, all smiled and were cordial. Very soft beds, which was comfortable for us. Abundant pillows. All in all, the room, especially for the price, was much better than expected.

Great beds! Nice bedding!

Nice nights rest...

Room looked thrown together and possibly not cleaned before we got there. The lady that checked us in was super friendly and very helpful.

Needs a little help

First off this is not a Best Western. We had hoped to use a Best Western gift card and could not. Even though we specifically asked the front desk to tell housekeeping we'd like our room cleaned, we did not have our room cleaned. The pool desperately needed to be cleaned - lots of bugs on the surface and dirt at the bottom. The breakfast was very limited and not restocked in a timely fashion - out of coffee, down to last scrapings of eggs, etc. Breakfast appeared to have been microwaved and was cold. This happened both mornings and we arrived early the second day hoping that it had just been the timing. The Wi-Fi was awful - we couldn't use it for simple internet searches without it going out. It's a decent hotel and area so it was a shame that our experience wasn't better.

Great hotel

Stopped here one late night after driving from California and the front desk clerk was very courteous. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

Would like to have known...

When we arrived, there was a not at the front desk stating the pool was closed for maintenance. Bummer, it's only 96 degrees out! Then the A/C went down to 64, but the fan really did not blow, and our room felt about 76. The staff were very nice though, and stated they would check out the A/C issue.
