Very close to everything we needed. 3 bus stops within a block, mall across the street. Very easy access to transit and 10 minute drive from downtown, shopping, restaurants.
Everything was very good, however one thing that was the only negative was the bathroom. There was terrible water pressure in the shower, and although the wall switch caused a grumbling sound, there was no exhaust fan.
Very minor in the grand scheme of things but perhaps worth noting.
The property was in need of up-dating and renovation. Wallpaper was loose, doors did not fit properly. There was a general feeling of being in a well used hotel that had not kept up their maintenance. Would not recommend.
The breakfast room was understaffed. The gentleman than did most everything was run off his feet and came in on his day off. They ran out of many breakfast items long before 10 am and many people were unhappy of course. The gentleman that took the brunt of the complaints was still gracious. This was the Sunday of the family day long weekend.
On Monday, another kind gentleman ran the breakfast room. He kindly offered assistance when I was juggling food\drinks for myself and disabled brother.
