Everything was really nice except the thin walls

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Nice staff, nice rooms, views, very clean. But the walls are really thin and we could hear everything going on in our neighbors' rooms all night long. I never have trouble sleeping and was awoken all night by noise from the other rooms and the hall.

Victoria Double Tree

Pros: Location
Cons: Accuracy of costs. Fix air conditioner. Respect room type requests.
There is a problem with the amount quoted by Expedia and the amount charged by the hotel. I thought I had reserved a room for $200 and after I had booked it changed to a higher rate. The Hotel itself had a problem as the air conditioner did not work and they put is in the wheelchair accessible room when we requested to not have that.

It hasn't been remodelled

Posted Feb 1, 2014
Booked hotel... when we got there, found out that the hotel was under construction.. remodel.... no amenities. NO lounge,No food.. NO pool..... charged us full rate??????????? ARE YOU KIDDING??? I had to call the manager and complain. Called him again as he said he would look into things and call me... he didn't. I had to call visa and complain that I refuse to pay for a hotel that is charging full rate. I will pay something but not full rate. The manager said he had called expedia and other siteswho ever to tell them of the remodel. The ad says it was remodelled in 2012... that's why we booked it????? I call that false advertising. I'm sure i'm not the only who this has been happening to, but if your not gonna complain then I guess they make the money and your out having a nice hotel. Manager finally called me and apologized and did refund money back.... I would think if you are the manager it should be your job to know your what rate your employees are charging for a hotel that's under construction, I shouldn't have to tell you????????
