Customer service was exceptional! They were polite, answered questions and provided options on things to do. We needed a couple things for our room and the the response time was fantastic! I would recommend this hotel to others.

The beds were clean which is top Priority for me. There was a disgusting ear wig wiggling around in the bathtub when we arrived, which mean house keeping didn’t clean the tub from previous people staying in there. The bathrooms need and update and the pool needs a good cleaning. staff were really friendly Costco right next to hotel

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. There are, however, a couple of things that were less than optimal. However, they wouldn’t stop me from returning. Unfortunately, our room was right in the middle of a large sports team and the girls in the rooms all around us kept us awake at night knocking on our door yelling in the hallways, and then we’re up incredibly early yelling in their room, which came right into our room through the walls. This is, of course, not the fault, but in hindsight, when we checked in and saw all of the teenagers all around us, I should’ve asked for a move. The only other item that I found incredibly strange was the fact that you do not accept interact as a form of payment at your hotel. we have travelled as a family both in Canada and the United States never had a problem paying for a room with our debit card. I understand the need to have a credit card on check-in for deposit and incidentals, however, I would also say that in our travels, we often pay this on check-in and then have that reimbursed to us on check out. I understand most people have a credit card not everybody does, and some people choose to live debt-free and it feels like an incredible punishment and very strange in the state to not accept interact as a form of payment . Aside from those two things, the room was lovely exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself was clean comfortable close to amenities. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we will definitely be back

The pastry selection for the breakfast is the one that stands out to me. There is quite a variety of baked goods. The main course selection is limited and perhaps more healthy choices such as salad and soups. The one that needs room for improvement are the toiletries. There is no toothpaste and a toothbrushes. Overall a good stay.

In the Heart and Tucked away all in one. Close to the highway for convenience. Staff are warm, kind, considerate and helpful. Want more.... Stay awhile with a convenient gym and great dining you'll rarely want to leave your king size bed.

Exceptional restaurant located beneath the hotel! Offers the finest steak in town with a classy dining ambiance. Initially, we visited Mike's Steak House, but it had small plates, loud music, and unimpressive staff. The restaurant below the hotel, on the other hand, exceeded expectations. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the prices were more reasonable compared to Mike's Steak House. The hotel itself is ideal, boasting a central location, convenient parking outside, comfortable beds, and quiet rooms.

Had a lovely time! Room was very clean, great staff, great pool area and fitness room too! Pool has hot tub, sauna AND steam room! Highly suggest hitting that up. Front desk staff were amazing! It was easy breezy checking in, and they were able to give us recommendations for dinning. Housekeeping staff were so kind; they checked on us and gave us extra towels. Having costco nearby was a great convenience too. The bed was comfy, pillows seemed new. Very happy with our stay and we will be back!
