1 hotel staff .I couldn't get a blanket for hours she had to sneak away from the front desk.I asked for a quiet room and got stuck on the the ground floor by the noisy lobby and people partying in the parking lot.I emailed my complaints tk the hotel desk manager and got nothing in response.I have stayed there about a dozen times and frankly 8 out of ten are not comfortable stays ..1 staff member at the front desk on a long weekend.I Really don't think i want to stay at a place where whoever is running it clearly doesn't care.

Thank you for your review after your stay. I am sorry you were disappointed in what seemed to be lack of service. There is always a Duty Manager on during the weekends to cover the entire hotel to deal with any issues that occur such as noise and to help all the hotel staff where needed. I apologize in that you felt a desk agent was alone during this time. The hotel can get very busy for both the agent and the manager over a long weekend period and I am sorry that that was not relayed to you during your stay. I am certain that the length of time for your blanket was due to it being very busy for the two of them that evening and not in that an agent was alone. I will follow up with the Desk Manager to see the status of your complaint. I do hope that you will return to the hotel, and see that our customer service and that we do care about all our staff members, in the future.
