This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are large, luxurious, and very comfortable. It's also very quiet once you leave the main floor. Located on the inner harbour, we found everything we needed in walking distance.

A five star property for all areas. I’ve stayed at all Victoria waterfront hotels and this was by far superior. Top notch rooms with ‘real’ waterfront and Harbour views. Outstanding service and amenities. Great location, great staff, great experience.

Older hotel in the downtown central business district, great location and the city of Victoria is very walkable. Nice staff, rooms are a bit rundown, however overall good place to stay. Didn't eat at the hotel so not sure on the food choices. Many food options within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel & staff (Tina, Nikita, Jeffrey (Front desk), Brent (at the athletic club) and others were all very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean & comfy. Has a small fridge (Microwave was $10 for the Entire stay and worth it). Harbour was right across the street (beautiful views!), plus walking distance to shops, restaurants, Thrifty Foods Store, Bus stop...very convenient! We would stay here again and also recommend it to family & friends.

The location is scenic and superb. The views are terrific of both the harbour and the city. There are many attractions and shopping nearby. Very walkable.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and room was comfortable (yet dated). But overall the hotel is very nice. One of the reasons I booked this hotel and paid more to stay here was for the pool, which ended up being closed during our stay. They did let me know about this in advance, which I appreciated, but they only gave one $20 voucher to apply towards dining as consolation....which isn't enough for my family of 5. It only bought 2 coffees and a few pastries. The pool is something we would have used daily. Free parking would have been nice for this inconvenience.

Right beside Parliament, across from the harbour, easy walk to many activities and shopping. Clean, quiet, and good service. Room was dated (interior design wise) but was clean, had a balcony, and was comfortable. Would book again.
