Worst beds in B.C.Posted Aug 27, 2015
Pros: Location just 2 blocks from Victoria Clipper dock
Cons: Replace the mattresses
Paid extra for an upgraded room. Ended up on the second floor above the driveway. No view except for the roof. The beds were deformed and I still have a backache a week later.

We had a great time in Victoria. The hotel was wonderful in every way. the location is right downtown, the people were extremely and helpful and kind. The only problem was the internet connection was spotty. I wasn't on business, so I wasn't too worried. I would have been very upset if I had needed my computer for business!!!!!

Our first Victorian visit.Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: We chose this hotel because of the workout room.
Cons: I had a little trouble opening the refrigerator but didn't ask to have it fixed.
Location: We loved the hop on hop off bus and the trip to Butchart Gardens was spectacular. Walk to Fisherman's wharf for ice cream.
We were right in the middle of all the tourist activities, which is what we wanted. Be prepared to do a lot of walking and don't forget your sun screen. Our weather was perfect even though the west coast could use some rain. When you go out on the ocean you will need sweaters, sunglasses and a hat. I will always remember the beautiful hanging flower baskets.

Nice hotel close to townPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Closeness to Ferry and to town. Elegant hotel, very clean and staff was friendly
Location: Walking distance to Parliament, town, shopping, and ferry.
Booked the hotel on expedia looking for a nice hotel close to town and the Victoria Clipper. Beautiful hotel within walking distance to town and the harbor. We stayed three nights. Only disappointment was having to stay in a handicapped room. Was told that no other rooms were available so.......no bathtub and awkward bathroom. Had hoped for a king bed and the bed was a queen.

Very run down room! Need new curtains and bed coverings, better lighting and updating in bathroom. Armoire with big chip missing in front. Just felt "seedy" -definitely not high end quality now. Would never stay there again-as they were unable to move me to a different/improved room😒

Convenient to everything!Posted Aug 24, 2015
We had a lovely say even though it was just for one night. They allowed us to check in early which made touring the city a little earlier so much nicer.

Amazing location and viewPosted Aug 23, 2015
Incredible balcony view, overlooking the inner harbor. Make sure you get a harbor view. Hotel has the BEST location. Don't miss out on this gem.

great locationPosted Aug 22, 2015
Cons: The outdoor terrace needs to be remodeled. Can't see over or thru the large concrete railing. Some flowers would be nice.
Location: Best location in Victoria
Always enjoy the great atmosphere of Victoria . The double decker tours are always fun.

Great hotel with view of the harbourPosted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Good location with parking, nice lobby, great room and decent breakfast.
Location: Beautiful harbor surrounded by restaurants and bars.
Booked in for 1 night. It is very close to the ferry landing and walkable to the downtown area and harbor front. Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
