This property looks stunning from the outside and the lobby. It has beautiful views of the ocean and great decor. The rooms are nothing special, in my opinion. They look like most hotel rooms I've been in (and normally I stay in cheaper hotels). I was dissapointed by many things. I thought at $400 a night that we would have a quiet room. Not the case at all. The sound proofing is dreadful and we could hear every word from the room adjoinging ours. Also, the housekeeping staff work me up each morning at 6am because they were thumping back and forth on the ceiling, presumably cleaning the room above. I know it was house keeping because I heard a vacuum cleaner. Our bathroom didn't have a van/ventilation so it was very steamy. The one vending maching by the elevator didn't work. The restuarant, although beautiful, had a very limited menu and the main washrooms were without soap and paper towel even after I told the front desk. If this was a $150/night hotel I may have expected this, but for the price I paid I was sorely disappointed. I will say that the staff were very friendly and attentive in the restaurant. But over all, I do not recommend this hotel and will not come again unless it is half the price and we get a room on the top floor so no one can clean above our heads. Even then, I will likely try something else just to be safe.

I had a beautiful massage in the Spa. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There are lots of spots around hotel and outdoor property to visit. My son and I played cards in the lobby at a big table. I am impressed.

Our accommodations were great and the Staff were very friendly and that made to a very nice weekend. The food in the Restaurant was a bit pricey but it was well presented and tasty. The bar staff did a great job as well. As it was a weekend stay there were a lot of children and they could be a bit noisy at times. Most of the time they were at the pool and away from the adults. Great stay.

The rooms were comfortable and pet friendly hotel. Only issue that although it had a patio in the restaurant, pets were not allowed. Otherwise an excellent resort.

Love the hotel. The room service food was okay. Not the greatest. On our floor there was a least a few families that let their kids run around the hallway until we asked them to stop. Lots of yelling and screaming. Including at 8am Sunday morning. When this was brought up with the staff, there were already several complaints but nothing done about it.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel as it was very disorganized and unprofessional. Woke up to fire alarm at 3am and was yelled at by staff to get outside while wearing a shirt and pants, blankets came 10 minutes later. Refrigerator in room stopped working and spoiled breakfast, on website the hotel stated that restaurant was open but the place was actually under renovation so it was clearly not... huge disappointment and terrible customer service

We stayed 2 nights and liked our room. We had noisy drunk neighbours but they stopped by midnight so that was good. Room service was good, but my steak dinner was not as listed on the menu. The pool was ok. Small so when several kids came we left. The hot tub was relaxing. But a couple came with open liquor and I was surprised that was tolerated as the kids were there too. Glad we had the experience but probably will not be returning.

The building, common areas, ocean views and area of this hotel is beautiful! It would make a great wedding venue! I checked in around 3:30-4, I wanted to dine at the West Coast Grill but was disappointed as they were “sold out” which is an odd time for a Thursday so I ended up dining at the Vault Lounge. The food was good, but the value/portion were not. The bartender/server was nice. The rooms were spacious but lacking furniture and light. It was very dim. The shower water pressure is also very sparse and weak. Some adjustments that can easily made to fix these. Also would be nice if some bottled water was available in the rooms and would enhance the stay. The parking is complimentary which is much appreciated. I used the hot tub but the water is murky and could use some maintenance. Wanted to book the RMT at the day spa but disappointed that they were fully booked even though I had inquired a few weeks in advance. It would be nice if they could open later hours. The cafe is nice and had beautiful selections of tarts and pastries. In all I would recommend and come back.
