We eventually found the ice machine (on another level) and had to wait for ice to melt so drink it. There is no sound insulation between doors and hallways, and other hotel guests were quite loud even after "quiet hours." There is little sound insulation between levels in the bathroom, so we could hear a lot of what when on in the bathroom above us. The pool is quite small and cool. It would not be big enough for more than one party of guests at a time. Linens were clean, but towels were quite small. Curtains did not close fully (always a gap between panels), compromising privacy after dark.
