It's pretty dated, but clean. No issues with the room at all. There's loads of stuff to do, see and eat within walking distance. The location alone is worth a star. You want that, because the parking situation is pretty bad. I think there's like 12 spots (maybe less) for the entire building, and all of the spots are super-tight. I had a little Mazda and had to toss the wife out before parking so I could snuggle up to the wall to allow enough room to open my door. We dared not do any outings that needed the car, because there simply aren't enough spots and you risk losing yours if you go anywhere. But there's a public lot across the street that may have worked (didn't look into that). Overall a bit over-priced for what it is, but we'd consider staying there again purely for the location.

This was a good place to get to the inner harbor for an affordable price. We like the Dutch Bakery and its only 2 1/2 blocks away. On Fort street we found uniqe local shops.

I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Especially Marshall and Sol who are both very personable and they explained to me the nice neighbourhoods to visit and those to avoid. I thought that some of the details of the bathroom in the room I booked could have been improved. One of the covers that covered the hinges of the toilet were gone and the very rusty screw was exposed. It was apparent that the veneer on the bottom of the interior door of the bathroom was peeling and I'm not sure what they used to try and repair it, but it didn't look good. Maybe after reading this comment, the issue will be resolved.

It was hot out in Victoria and surprisingly there was no air conditioning. It was an older property and there was only a fan. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not come between nights. It was comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

The staff were friendly and accommodating however the room did not look like the photo online. Room was extremely small and not in great condition, and there was no working A/C. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after night 1.

Website said parking available but didn't say they charged extra for parking. You had to get out of your car to open the parking garage gate! Parking in the garage was very tight. I didn't notice they didn't have A/C when I booked. They had windows that opened 2" but had no screens on the windows. Street noise was bad!! There was a small fan above the mini fridge. NO Vending Machines, NO Pub or Breakfast like advertised. Smelled & looked clean but the shower curtain had black mold. Carpet was old and stained. Hallways needed dusting. Beds were clean and comforable. The staff was very nice and allowed me to store my scooter in the tiny conference room to charge overnight. Everything was very conveniently walkable to. Close to downtown, shopping, eating and bus roots. This hotel is only semi-accessable for the handicapped. If you are in a wheelchair there is a ramp coming in the front but you have to go outside to a back ramp to get to the elevator. There are several door frames that are very narrow and would not easily accommodate a wide wheelchair. Next time we will ask if a handicapped room is available.

Where do I begin. First the bed was as hard as a rock and I couldn't sleep on it. Second while it had air conditioning it was centralized so the hallway was cool but room only had a fan. They advertised parking but they didn't have enough spots so I got $140 in parking tickets while there. I ended up checking out 2 days early and driving from my hometown and back just so I could sleep

For a hotel it was fine. Staff friendly. However no air conditioning and when I went to use the microwave I blew the breaker for the whole room. Needed to turn everything off to use the microwave. However for being downtown everything was convient
