Nice hotel close to city center.

Posted Sep 2, 2015
I stayed at Quality for two days with my girlfriend, the hotel is located in an amazing city centre location. We didn't rent a car so the hotel location made it easy for us to walk everywhere. There's also a pool, not Olympic size but it was perfect for a quick splash.

Great central location

Posted Aug 28, 2015
Pros: Central location.
Cons: Include parking with the price of the hotel.
Location: It is central to the Royal BC Museum, the water front, Parliament, The Empress, many book stores, and shopping.
The hotel is located in the heart of Victoria within easy walking distance of all the major downtown attractions, restaurants, shopping. You can leave your car in the parking garage and easily get around. The room was clean and comfortable. No noise problems. Stayed in August, and the room temperature was fine even with the windows closed. The staff were friendly and gave us an update on changes to the city since our last visit. The restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient with good food. Had breakfast and dinner there one day. We received 25 percent discount by showing our room card. Food and service were great. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay there again.

Very convenient for our time in Victoria.

Posted Aug 27, 2015
Pros: This hotel was very convenient to attractions we wanted to see, the staff was more than willing to give directions, and to store luggage for us.
Cons: The closet door was hard to close, so we chose to leave it opened rather than risk having it come off the track.
Location: So many things were nearby, Craigdarroch Castle was in walking distance, as was the center of town. The waterfront, Government St, Restaurants etc.
We arrived delighted to realize it was much closer to the center of town, than we had imagined. Also very pleased that our room was ready when we arrived well ahead of check in time. The room was clean and located as I had requested, on a quiet floor. The beds were very comfortable, and the cooling system worked very well.

Nice hotel at great location

Posted Jul 4, 2015
Pros: Location and having a kitchenette
Cons: The hotel has central air but none in the rooms. On really warm days, it would help to have air conditioning with individual room controls
Location: A few minutes walk to the harbor, downtown shopping and tourist attractions (miniature world, market place); public transit stops located nearby.
Hotel is close to walking distance of major attractions. My room was clean and well equipped (had kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave). Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was priced reasonable.

walking distance to most things

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: close to the harbour. Staff were very accomadating.
Cons: air conditioning. But it really wasn't to bad. We kept our curtains closed for the entire week which wasn't pleasant but we got used to it.
Location: the harbor, museum. Lots of places to eat close by.
the room was small but we learned to like it. It has a B&B feeling to it. The staff was great!!

A good, convenient, quiet central hotel

Posted Jun 10, 2015
Pros: Central location.
Cons: No real problems.
Location: Open air bus tour, whale-watching, easy access to Government Street and shops, BC Museum, Parliament building. Also not far to Governor's Residence.
The hotel is extremely well situated for exploring Downtown Victoria. The room was very spacious, and included its own kitchenette. It overlooked the internal courtyard, and was very quiet. Breakfast cost extra, but was reasonably priced and substantial. The staff were attentive and thoughtful. The lift was spacious. Taxis could pull up outside easily.
