Kitchenette with no utensils
Posted Oct 14, 2016
First off, the hotel was having it's roof redone while we there and it started at 9am sharp everyday. There was no warning of this renovation going on and it was a very unpleasant surprise for night owls and late sleepers. Secondly, we rented a kitchenette on purpose, so we would be able to save money on our trip and not eat out all the time, but they neglected to stock it with the required amenities, most notably forks. They couldn't even scrounge up enough cutlery for our group of 3 to eat a meal with. Most disappointing. Likely will not use Quality Inn in the further for our travels. The staff wasn't even apologetic about their lack of supplies, nor did they try to help us fix the problem (ie. they couldn't have gone and found us plastic cutlery!?)

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey.
First off, I would like to apologize on behalf of the whole team for a poor guest experience. The work on the roof is on-going and due to the weather it's on and off so it's hard for us to say if and when it would be happening. Also, we are always happy to move you to a quieter room. Regarding the utensils in the kitchenette, you are absolutely right, there is absolutely no reason why we would not have had the kitchenette unit stocked up with proper utensils, we certainly have enough cutlery. My sincere apologies, I will follow up with my team and look into why this happened.
Once again, my sincere apology for the poor guest experience, I hope you will visit us again and give us an opportunity to deliver a much improved stay.
