Nice hotel, very convenient

Posted Jul 24, 2017
Great location, reasonably priced, wonderful staff, rooms were very clean, courtesy shuttle to/from anywhere downtown until 10pm, all 4 rooms for our party received free upgrades to Suites. The attached restaurant, Jonathans, was nice and food was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to waterfront.

Very close to waterfront so you can walk every where. Not sure why you have to pay for parking but we did.

Second stay here. Great location. Short walk to Victoria's beautiful inner harbour. Walking distance to a wide array of restaurants, the museum, the Empress, Fisherman's Wharf, the always lit up Parliament Buildings and pubs. No shortage of things to do and see around the inner harbour. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Great breakfasts at Jonathan's in the hotel.

Right in the harbour

Pros: location is great
Cons: A bit dated.
Location: Adjacent to Victoria Harbour, pick an activity in downtown Victoria and you are only minutes away.
This hotel is in a great location for downtown Victoria visitors. Older but well kept. Probably more suited to the senior traveller.

Great Place for a Winter Stay

Posted Jul 12, 2017
Pros: It's location, security, staff, etc.
Cons: Replace the large queen size sofa bed with a love seat...It still provides sleeping room for a third person if needed There was just two of us.
Location: Location is the best...Everything is nearby or easily accessible.
We spending March in a one-bedroom suite and loved it. However our 29 degree two night stay was disappointing because the room was hot and airless even though the window was wide open. If there is any kind of air conditioning or fan, it was totally blocked by the placement of a queen size sofa bed under the window. The room was over crowded with furniture There were two fans in the room which really did not improve the situation.
