Lovely staff but very noisy air conditioning

Nice, tidy hotel, very close to Victoria station

Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, and facilities are good. Only issue is that the breakfast was quite early, as it was only available from 7am-9am and we wanted to sleep a bit later than this after travelling around London all day the day before

A poor booking option

When I checked in at 1.30 pm, the hotel stank. The room was tiny and in the attic. I was very wary of potential problems if there had been a fire in the premises. I left and booked in to another hotel instead.

Needs a lift

Needs a lift - the stairs were a big problem for me

Room was nice but small.. staff and house keeping was really rude to me.. got called a racist and a liar when I tried to complain about members of staff... would never stay here again!!

Within a good area to explore

As we where only staying for one night this hotel was convenient for us. Nice and clean, friendly staff and a comfy bed, what more do you need.

Love this hotel!

Can’t beat the location near Victoria and wonderful restaurants. Very happy with the tastefulness of the room and bathroom. they’re small but nicely done. left luggage and free city map much appreciated.

A decent place to stay

At first we were given a room very high up the stair above 4th floor for three nights In spite of getting help with the cases at our ages above 70 this was torture. We asked to be moved downstairs and were offered a back room on the ground floor which was much better. The staff were very helpful with this, also with ordering a taxi for 5.00am

Lovely hotel room, wonderful service, lovely pub with great food 30 seconds away and 24/7 off licence opposite. Great for the one night stay but the bed wasn't too comfy for my liking. Other than that, pretty good.

Close to Victoria station is perfect.

Pros: The hotel is near good restaurants.
Cons: Assistance with carrying luggage, especially, up to higher floors if you arrived tired from recent traveling.
Location: Nearby main streets are pleasant for walks to get a cup of coffee or a drink at a pub.
Breakfast is good. Lift preferred. Victoria station nearby for train travel or the Underground subway.
