My wife and I spent a lovely weekend in Victoria. The Magnolia Hotel & Spa made our short stay even more enjoyable. Our room was impeccably clean and valet parking convenient. Hotel decor was spotless and reminiscent of a fine boutique establishment. Hotel staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. The hotel location is within easy walking distance to parliament, numerous fine dining options, harbor esplanade, Beacon Hill, and the seaplane terminal. We highly recommend The Magnolia Hotel & Spa.

Very clean room and looks like new. Bathroom is top level and comes with everything you need. Staff at this hotel does everything they can for you, very friendly and go out of their way to help customers. One down side is parking. They have no parking onsite so you either pay for valet or do street parking which is a hassle.

The Magnolia in Victoria is one of my favourite hotels. The staff really care and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. One of the front desk clerks made a point of saying hello every day during my stay and was very helpful with recommending local restaurants. The Magnolia is centrally located - within walking distance of all the sights while still being away from the crowds. The rooms are comfortable and seems like they have been renovated since the last time I had the pleasure of staying there. Looking forward to my next visit.

This hotel goes far beyond what is usual in hotels. The attention to detail, the exemplary service, the cleanliness and the the helpfulness of the staff are what makes it FIRST RATE. Daily housekeeping (not on request), evening turn down service with fresh ice, chocolate and bed turned down…are a rare find.

Great stay in the heart of Victoria. Amazing staff and only one block to Victoria harbour. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The valet parked our car and we did not need it for our three day stay, walking everywhere, easily.

Love the environment of the property. Though we didn’t get the room we initially booked nor did they notify us until we arrived and checked-in. Wish we knew ahead of time but they gave us a corner room instead. Gave us extra credit for the mishap but would have appreciated it if I was notified beforehand. There was free coffee and tea located in the lobby and room. Staff were friendly. Overall for Victoria and the location it wasn’t bad.

The service from the staff was impeccable. They not only anticipated our needs but went out of their way to make our anniversary stay as special as it could be. I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future… however my only small complaint was that we did not find their beds to be as comfortable (sheets/bedding were also not soft or as inviting) as you would expect for this caliber of hotel. Otherwise, loved the central walkable location and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had both a tub and separate step-in shower. The bath had path lighting as soon as you stepped into the bathroom. The toiletries provided were first rate. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many dining and shoppng options.

There are many factors involved in awarding CAA 4-Diamond status, but the most important one I'd evident the moment you speak to a single staff member. Every single team member is a true client care professional. I cannot express how much it means for a working class journeyman to be able to treat his wife to a twentieth anniversary where we couldn't have been made more welcome even if we had arrived by private jet. We will never forget it. As an aside - the Happy Hour at the Courtney Room is not to be missed! There is nothing like fresh shucked oysters and strong handcrafted cocktails overlooking arguably the most beautiful harbour in the world to make one feel truly decadent
