We loved our stay here. The suite gave our family a ton of space. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookwear. The pool area was nice and the area was perfect for waking everywhere.

The hotel has a great attention to detail. The rooms are pleasant, well designed and every conceivable detail is covered off. Cooking facilities and fridges are top notch. Great pool and close to everything. Complimentary bikes and a great cafe. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. 10/10.

We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. It had everything we needed as is definitely the most spacious option for 4 people. Kids loved the pool.

Alarm clock in room was set at 6:30 am. Totally annoying being woken up for no reason Also batteries in remote did not work Also I asked for late checkout when I checked in they said okay but let them know Monday morning to review. Monday they said no we cannot. I had a medical emergency and they were not accommodating at all and said any later I would have to pay for later checkout

I love the Parkside for the location and cafe. The pool was under construction and I did not know beforehand. No magnifying mirrors in the bathroom for makeup. Sirens were loud at night. The pond area and lobby is lovely.

Property is very nice, however, our room was incredibly hot. 26 degrees in the room! Needed all windows and doors open to let air in (in Winter) and it was still hot in the room.

Overall decent stay with a few issues
The good: Beautiful building and room. Comfortable bed/sheets. Respectable kitchen in suite. Great pool. Great location. Staff were great, very friendly. The bad: We had to wait half an hour past our check in time because they hadn’t finished cleaning the room. One of the elevators was out of service, they opened up the staff elevator but there were still delays. The room was very warm, the window was open when we went in and it was still 23° with the heat off. We had to open every window and use the provided fans, can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer.

Also, please accept our apology that the room was not ready as promised time of check in at 4:00PM due to busiest time of the year. When it comes to heating and cooling systems in our hotel, it is a centralized system that has been set at certain degrees to keep every suite warm and comfortable during winter months.
