Love the Dining excellent service, convenient. The room kind a smell coming from the pool, noise around due to room was near housekeeping area. Front desk was excellent.

First room we checked into was gross and not clean. Second room they moved us too the bed wasn't made from the guest before and was still dirty. They finally checked us into a satisfactory room. For our troubles they gave us a dessert/appetizer voucher.

It is overall a very nice property however if you are picky about noise then this might not be yhe best option. You can easily hear everyone going from the hallway as door totally doesnt cut any noise. Also doors were closing so loud. Other than the noise part service and front desk are very good.

The location is great - everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel staff are very helpful. Love that there is a pool and a gym. It feels like a special treat to stay there.

We stayed over the Easter weekend and enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly, our room and hotel were clean, my daughter loved the pool, the restaurant had delicious food and the best part for me was the valet parking. I very much appreciated having secure parking especially tall enough for my lifted truck. I will be staying again next time I’m in Victoria :)

The team went above and beyond to ensure my husband and i had a wonderful experience for our honeymoon. Our room was clean, check in was quick and simple, the valet team were fabulous and i am looking forward to our next stay.

Everything was very good except housekeeping on the second day was very sloppy, only one of the two beds were done properly, washroom was not cleaned, towels were only replaced but missing one pair, did not replace soap or lotion, no coffee, cup or creme replacement and did not wipe the cabinet top. It’s really disappointing. Our family of four will not be staying there again.

The staff and service was beyond exceptional. My only issue was the food we ordered from room service. I ordered a crème brûlée and it was literally like drinking milk. So watery! It was so disappointing

Most of staff were amazing. They were extremely kind and amazing. The valet when we are arrived could have help more. It was late, dark and I was there with my tired child. Instead of offering assistance , he kinda of stood there. Also, check in staff was okay. Did his job. Not the friendly and supportive staff that my family is use to for this chain of hotels. Also the room was very dark and lights were all over the room. It was kinda scary arriving at night when you don’t know where the light switches are. The floors had some sticky spots and glass wear was dusty and scattered around the room. Some glasses in the closet, some on the table and some in the bathroom. Looks like the room was also used for storage.

We enjoyed our recent stay. The location is fantastic, the hotel is comfortable and staff is very friendly. We had our dog join us and they were very welcoming. I worked remotely and required hard wired internet, this feature in the guest room was perfect for my needs.

Rooms are really nice. Bathrooms are a good size, you can actually have multiple people in the washroom doing their hair etc.. the beds are great. They smell clean and are very comfortable. Good decor.
