Hidden deposit fee...terrible terrible cleanliness /health code unworthy. Health hazard. Bugs bugs bugs from check in until I left midway thru the early morning due to pesty insects. Not just one or two, I'm talking hordes with no fear of light or being smushed by bottom of my shoe. Light on light off made no difference. Can even hear them walking ,while lights off . filth. Ive roomed there before, nothing ever like in this room. Did I do something to piss staff off? Why would they rent this room to me?? Scared to ever comeback part by insects, part by my review aftermath. Expedia don't you screen properties before you represent them for safety and cleanliness? Wow

The front desk claims to be open 24 hours but when our room key was not working at 5 am they were nowhere to be found. After looking online for hours outside our hotel room, we came to find out this is not an isolated incident and actually happens often. It seems like a management issue to me because when there is no one scheduled to work overnight at a facility that claims to be 24 hours you will have emergencies like this. We had to sleep in our car which was extremely uncomfortable and when I requested a refund for the night we were unable to get into our room, I was denied a refund. Additionally, when we requested more towels for our room, they took the ones we had and did not bring any new ones so then we had no towels at all. Finally, the sheets and pillows had hair all over them on both beds when we initially checked our hotel room, indicating that it is unlikely they were washed. I am extremely disappointed and I am sure I will never stay here again. Worst experience I've ever had.

Other guest were very inconsiderate. Slamming doors all night . Couples fighting outside. YELLING at 3-5 am on and off inside. Then outside then back inside. I even have a video. Kept me up so really just was a big inconvenience and waste of money

I like that is close to freeway. What I don’t like is that the customer service is horrible for example I let them know my tv was not working and they simply said that they couldn’t fix it or change to another room because he was the only employee working there .

Front desk customer service was terrible he rude very rude. The room walls were stained and the paint on the bathroom wall were peeling tub was stained. Also when I came back late my room key was deactivated had to walk back to the office with my kids and it was freezing. Just terrible experience

I liked the location but I was really uncomfortable in the room. It doesn't feel safe or clean to sleep in and I left instead of sleeping there. I checked in around 9:00pmand I am leaving three hours later because I'm cold and I can't sleep.
