Very nice and social check in staff. Very clean room. All the useful things, iron, coffee machine, back on the road again.

Great location, but terrible staff

Pros: The site is close by to restaurants and entertainment.
Cons: Internet crashes every night around 11:27pm. The hotel cleaning staff. Front desk staff tried additional erroneous charges.
This location was perfect for us while we worked in the area. The site is close by to restaurants and entertainment. The room was very comfortable and available parking varied off and on. The internet connections was off and on. recover until later in the evening. The hotel wanted to add a charge to the room for adding a guest name to the room. The maid service has a key to throw the dead bolt lock, so it became necessary to make sure the latch was also locked. I caught the maid several times intruding into the room after I said to come back later.

We were not advised by expedia that the hotel was undergoing a complete remodel. Check in was slow due to the tools, noise, and dust flying. It would have been nice to know at booking that this might be a problem.

Disappointing Room

Pros: Nice bed, good location.
Cons: Fix the shower and QA your rooms before renting them out.
They put us in an ADA room that perhaps had not been used in a while. The shower head was the type you can take off the pole and hand hold. But when you tried to just have it in the stand/holder it would work its way down the pole to waist level, and required us to hold it with one hand the hole time. Also, one wall of electricity, including the TV, was not working. We called for assistance and they came and fixed it, apparently resetting the breaker. They were quick to respond, but it was disruptive and took about 20 minutes out of our evening.

Our stay

Room was fairly clean. Looked dated. The separate bedroom is why we chose that room was very disappointed to find No Door

Expedia Screws Up

Experdia screwed up our reservation. It was a terrible experience, the hotel was too expensive,dirty the staff lazy and looked sloppy. We could not get checked in because Expedia had given us their confirmation number, but not the Hilton confirmation number. We could not check in, Hilton could not find our reservation. After 20-25 minutes on the phone with Expedia they finally located my information . All the info-phone number etc was all input incorrectly. Finally we got it straight but we did not even want to stay there. Expedia said they would not charge us for the night. Hilton agreed. Now it's time to see if Expedia charged us anyway. All in all this encounter was a terrible experience.
