Expedia failed to forward our reservation to the hotel. It took an hour to check in after a 9 hour drive. We were fortunate that the hotel had an available room. And we were fortunate that the hotel was accommodating.

No Smoking Policy a Joke

Pros: The room we stayed in, that had not been smoked in, was clean. On the back end of the hotel no noise from highway, unsure of front end.
Cons: Enforce your non-smoking policy. Change the hotel's side entry doors to not unlock from the outside out of normal travel hours, allowing exit only.
The first room we were assigned reeked of cigar smell so bad it almost knocked me off my feet (third floor). The second room we were assigned had a cigarette smoke smell as well. Albeit not as bad, on the second floor. We both get migraines from smoke so we asked for another. We were then placed on the first floor, next to a side exit. 20 feet from the door (in the hallway) we were overwhelmed by marijuana smell. It was disgusting, but we pushed through and the room did not smell that bad. That evening our neighbors lit up 4 different times, the smell seemed to soak through the walls, and filled the hallway, seeping into our room. They partied, making excessive noise, and frequently travelled the side door (loudly smashing doors on both sides of us), until 3:30 in the morning. We brought it to the front desks attention twice. They did not follow through as the ‘guests’ picked back up a minute after the quite down call. I am disappointed the hotel does not prevent swipe cards unlocking the side door after 10pm to prevent such excessive noise. I am disappointed the hotel did not follow up with the excessive party noise complaint. I am very disappointed we were put in two rooms that stunk of previous smokers. I thereby assume the hotel does not take their no smoking policy serious. After attempting to bring up the situation to management in the morning we were offered a complimentary breakfast in lieu of the poor service & awful neighbors. Not satisfied.

WELL LOCATED, GOOD FOOD

Pros: LOCATION, SIZE OF ROOM, GOOD CASUAL FOOD
Cons: HOUSEKEEPING SHOULD NOT CUT CORNERS TO ENSURE A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP, BECAUSE THAT IS WHY THE GUEST IS THERE. THE RESTAURANT AND BAR IS TOO NOISY
GOOD LOCATION. FRONT DESK WILL PROVIDE WATER IF HHHONORS, OTHERWISE BUY IT GOOD FOOD AND DRINK BUT THE BAR, WAITRESSES AND KITCHEN STAFF ARE TOO NOISY, TALKING OUT LOUD AND JOKING LIKE THE PLACE IS THEIR HANGOUT. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS, BUT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP WITH THE INVISIBLE BUGS MAKING ONE ITCH ALL OVER.

Nice, clean hotel, conveniently located

Fast, efficient check in. Friendly, welcoming staff -- especially the restaurant staff!! Great breakfast deal of $10 for hot and cold buffet including specially ordered omelets. This is our fifth stay at this property, and whenever in this area, this will be out stay-over place.

Great location, but terrible staff

Pros: The site is close by to restaurants and entertainment.
Cons: Internet crashes every night around 11:27pm. The hotel cleaning staff. Front desk staff tried additional erroneous charges.
This location was perfect for us while we worked in the area. The site is close by to restaurants and entertainment. The room was very comfortable and available parking varied off and on. The internet connections was off and on. recover until later in the evening. The hotel wanted to add a charge to the room for adding a guest name to the room. The maid service has a key to throw the dead bolt lock, so it became necessary to make sure the latch was also locked. I caught the maid several times intruding into the room after I said to come back later.

just fine

....just needed a stopping place between Southern Cal and LV. I was only there 8 hours but everything I needed was there.
