Very nice staff, small restaurant where you have a pretty good variety of food. Coffee in the morning is great. The elevator is a little slow.

Its a nice middle aged hotel In the middle of nowhere. It is nice and quiet except you can here people walking upstairs

For paying almost $200 I expected it to be like other Hiltons I've stayed up but this one the bed was terrible which I did see that they were starting to change out mattresses I woke up with the worst back ache in the morning My bathroom when I first got there smelled like somebody did drugs in it and by the morning it smell like somebody smoked a million cigarettes and apparently that happens if somebody on the floor is smoking in their room it comes through the vents so not really their fault but that sucked. The staff was wonderful they were very kind and the restaurant staff was great but we got a pizza and it was almost like a frozen pizza taste with more cheese though there's an amusement park next door next to the freeway so that's convenient. I did like that they had places to charge your phone in your room that was an upgrade but the bedding the flooring are roof in our room was all patched up in gross looking made me feel like somebody above us might come through I think for the price that they're asking a night it should have a lot better upgrades and it shouldn't be so outdated feeling they don't even offer breakfast at that price they make you pay extra $32 or more if you want breakfast most Hilton's give you breakfast in the morning so that was also a downer. The shampoo and conditioner with some brand I haven't heard of and made my hair feel like straw so once again for the price you think that you would be getting better soaps me and my skin very dry feeling.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. The rooms were clean & they're pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I come back for another visit.

This is the second time we stayed at the same hotel for Christmas to visit family. Once again my complaints are the same, the pillows are very uncomfortable and the shower is horrible. I rented two rooms and one of the showers was spraying all over the place. (437) A small investment in replacing the shower heads with handheld showers would make a huge difference. The staff was super friendly. That was a plus.

Burned again in Victorville.
I usually spring for the upgraded room because life is short and I appreciate the added comfort. The King Junior suite was disappointing. There was no dining table, some kind of fruit punch stain on the carpet in the middle of the main area and the furniture was run down with worn out arm rests, etc., I sleep in a king bed at home and ALWAYS book a king when I travel- I don't believe this was a king size bed. Elevator is extremely slow. Breakfast costs extra- lame. I have stayed here before and there used to be complimentary water in the lobby, self-served in large containers- Another thing of the past. I realize that the Covid-19 pandemic took many luxuries from our lives during 2020/21. A company like Hilton has the ability to move on from those cost-saving measures of the past. It's ugly that they're holding on to these so-called "safety precautions" after the pandemic. Stranger still, the towels are hung INSIDE the shower. It's a design choice that is difficult to comprehend.

The staff was very nice and so was the lobby. Once you got on the elevator you felt extremely unsafe. We were on the 3rd floor and when you walked down the halls it felt and sounded like you were going to fall through the floor. The beds were terrible, it felt like you were sleeping on a deflated air mattress. Multiple people in my family were staying there for. Family reunion and they all had the same issues plus their own.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable it seemed like a relatively old mattress. They need to hire more front desk clerks. Line was sick deep when checking in, checking out the computer was forever. Again pillows and bed we're very poor.

I always stay here when in town. This time was horrible. Elevator was broken down. The ONE that did work took 12 minutes to come then had a temp elevator permit from months ago in it. Housekeeping walked in our room, never knocked or announced herself. Very disappointed this time.

My room was clean and quiet, but walking down the hall at 1:30 AM to check on my vehicle (yes, I'm paranoid), I passed a room where the guests were playing a radio at full-blast with their wailing infant in the background. I felt sorry for whomever got stuck in those adjoining rooms.

The tub water spout was about to fall off. The wall paper in the room was damaged. The room smelled like smoke and was muggy even with the AC on. The arm chair in the room looked dirty and had stains on it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable we slept like crap both nights we were there. For it being a Hilton we are extremely disappointed. We could have overlooked everything but the crappy sleep is had to get past.
