Had to call the front desk for sheets and blankets for the sofa bed, upon pulling the sofa bed out, there was trash and the mattress was very old/worn down. The pool and Jacuzzi area need a remodel or at least fix the holes in the walls.

Place was nice, close to town, food and stores. Super pet friendly. Pool is a little on the dirt side but understandable because it’s winter. My kids still had a blast. We would stay here again

Bad experience
Elevator was not working. Requested for a room that won’t require long walk but the customer service still gave us a room that requires walk to end of the 1st floor for the stairs going to the 2nd floor then a long walk going to our room. Went back to the customer service if she can just give us a 1st floor but she insisted no vacant rooms available on the 1st floor. But it looks like not a lot of guests.

There is tge elevator is broke for over a month,i stay there over a month a go the elevator was broken already so went back couple days ago elevator still is broken !!!!

We are currently having our elevator worked on so it should be back up and running soon. Additionally, we are a non-smoking property, however there are times when guests will smoke in the hotel regardless. Our staff does try to determine where the smoke smell is coming from when we are aware of it in order to remind the guests of our non-smoking policy.

The property itself was great. Since this is my go to hotel when we come to this town. Unfortunately this time I was unhappy with my stay, I did not get any housekeeping in my room. The trash cans where pretty much filled to the top, I didn’t get new towels nor my beds made. When I called front desk they said it was only upon request, though my sister in law stayed there as well and got her room cleaned without requesting it.

We spoke with our head housekeeper that was on duty during your stay and it seems there was a do not disturb sign on the door. Staff was nice and helpful. Elevators were not working. the room phone was broken so I had to go down to the lobby at 9 at night and ask them to come fix my thermostat. Other than that, stay was fine.

The worst holiday inn
Right off the bat, we arrive at 11pm tired and ready for bed ,and were told all the elevators broken so now we have to lug 6 suit cases up 4 flights of stairs , feels dingy, big stains in the hall ,feels like they slaped a coat of paint on a motel 6 and put they're logo on it , we always stay at HIE every where we go , by far the worst one we've been to. To top it off woke up this morning with a Mysterious bite on my arm , hoping its not bed bugs
