The staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were spacious and clean. What i didn't like about this place was not being accommodated to a room on ground level or close to the elevator despite seeing my disabled mother.

Walls are paper thin, can here everything from the room next door. Let the front desk know they were playing music extremely loud and could smell smoke seeping through the adjoining door. Front desk told them to turn down the music but didn’t follow up on anything or check out the smoking. They still played music all night. A man was also in the hall all night on his phone and we could hear every detail of his conversation. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Check In was quick and staff were polite and professional. Room was clean. The only reason for 3 & 4 stars were the pool was drained and unavailable. Also a nearby business alarm was ringing all night. The alarm made the surrounding area feel unsafe.

As soon as you walk into the lobby area from outside you get hit with a strong cigarette smoke smell. Also, homeless guy right outside the hotel on the sidewalk.by the parking lot.

Enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed when we first pulled up because the windows were cloudy and dirty and one was even broken. The building was also sorely in need of a paint job. However, when we went inside, it was a totally different vibe. The lobby was clean and welcoming and the staff was friendly and helpful. Had a great breakfast in the morning and would stay here again.

This hotel was close to everything, clean, comfortable and safe for a solo travelers and single woman to stay and park. A HUGE PLUS for the onsite restaurant and mini store for needs.
