“Property exceeds expectations super clean modern with high ceilings simply amazing will book again”

“While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay. So beware if you’re planning to stay here please take pictures or a video before checking out to protect……

“I stayed here for about three weeks and felt right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. “Sherry was very welcoming and her house is well stocked and set up for small groups. Super comfy and very unique. We loved the Victorian vibe, plush towels, comfy beds and the full kitchen. ”

“Clean and quiet space. I rented the 1-bedroom apartment and had a great stay. The space was very clean and provided everything I was looking for while searching for properties in Montclair to stay at. If you're looking for somewhere to stay and explore Montclair I highly recommend it! The train station is less than a 15-minute walk away, and many shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk from the property. Sherry was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions I had.”

“We booked for 20 people. Told them that from the beginning prior to booking and after we booked, they sent a message asking us to confirm the amount of people. The night before we arrived. They then called after 9pm telling me they were going to charge another 300 because we had 20 people. After over an hour, they finally admitted this was inappropriate to do the night before we arrived especially since they were fully aware. In the end we only ended up having 18 people stay there but we had to……
