Great hotel in the heart of Vienna
We enjoyed our stay in this luxury hotel. Everything is very modern, clean and in good condition. Located in the heart of the city center, we were able within a short distance to all the major monuments. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

I Loved the location of this hotel!! I could not had picked a better location! The staff was nice. My reservation did not include breakfast and I thought their price was a bit high, we went out for breakfast since it was a lot less then what they charge. Besides that, everything was great! My daughter and I will definitely stay there again.

Outstanding hotel (former embassy) right in the middle of Vienna. Step out into the pedestrianised area of the city, and the best shopping areas. Excellent large rooms with great facilities. Great breakfasts, no dinners but a great variety of restaurants all around.

The hotel is superbly located within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions, many shops and restaurants. The room was adequate, but the furniture style and colour gave the room an outdated look. Bathroom was good. The dining facilities weren't used as there are numerous restaurants, cafes and bars within 5 minutes walk.

Hotel was ok, receptionist had an attitude when I asked her to give me two pillows. 5 star hotel had no coffee or tea in the room and no turndown service also. Breakfast was amazing!!

Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. Very good and efficient air conditioning in the rooms so we could have comfortable sleep (very hot outside). We didn't not have breakfast so cannot comment.

Great hotel in excellent location
We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had recently been refurbished. The aircon in the room was excellent and very quiet. The location is superb with excellent public transport links.

Ambassador hotel is located in center of Vienna. Convenient for site seeing (Museum, Churches, Palace). Convenient for Shopping and Restaurants. Rooms are huge, and very clean. Only complaint, is the breakfast starts at 7AM, wish it was earlier, since most tours start by 7:30AM then breakfast is rushed.

Fabulous Hotel to Begin Vacation
Upon check in we were upgraded to a beautiful spacious suite. Perfect for two jeglagged travelers who were seeking comfort & rest. Three night stay & always happy to return to our clean, well appointed room with a view of pedestrian only street. Hotel was super convenient to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Vienna.

Nice hotel for the price, would recommend
Great location, as central as you can get. Spacious rooms and grand/old decor. Hotel staff were helpful. Only small negatives, no English TV or tea/coffee in room. Some decor is a little tired.

The property is centrally located in Vienna for all the attractions which are all within walking distance. The hotel is very well maintained. The hotel bar is the evening is very "quiet".

The location can't be beat, I never had to take any public transportation since most everything was in walking distance, and if I wanted to take a trolley or metro it was just 2 blocks away. Restaurants, food stands everything was right nearby. I found my room to be always clean and tidy, and loved the high ceilings and large bathroom tub. The breakfast room was nice and the food and service was excellent. I would definitely go to this hotel again when visiting Vienna.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the city (and just a short walk to the metro red line that takes you to Wien HBF). They gave us an upgraded room. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience with our 4 night stay. The location, the service, the room conditions are excellent. The sound-proof between rooms may be improved, mainly for those room with a door joint to next room.

It was comfortable, it was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful but not over-familiar. Its situation was good. However, the Wi-fi for my laptop worked at best only intermittently, in fact most of the time it didn't, and the reception staff seemed unable to do anything about it. They should have been to call upon someone with real expertise to sort it out. Also, the TV in my room had only German-language channels: it should have offered at least one English-language channel. And though the choices at breakfast were good, it is hard to understand why the restaurant was not open for dinner.

Fantastic location and very large rooms.
Location was amazing. Right in the middle of everything, 3 minutes walk to the opera house. The view from my room (210) was the beautiful, car free, shopping street. The room was very large and the bathroom as well. Staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Five stars! From the moment we checked in this hotel was a delight! Incredible location, room was massive, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Staff could not have been more accomodating and lovely… I cannot wait to return to Vienna and will stay here again.
