I liked mostly everything. Very clean, nice staff, a walking distance from a good place to eat with tasty food, 10 min away of the airport, very convenient shuttle ride at request. The only thing I did not like was the noise from some other clients that were above us. I guess they had children jumping around. It was hard for me to fall asleep until they went to sleep. But this could have happened in any other hotel. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

We used the hotel for one night only. Shuttle service at 4 am worked on time, it was 15 Euro per service. We were happy with the room and overall cleanliness.

Getting to the hotel from Vienna airport was unclear and difficult to do. Although the website for booking the hotel listed airport shuttle service as an amenity (one reason we chose to book this hotel), this was not true. With the help of 2 VIE airport help staff who called the hotel on our behalf, we finally arrived at the hotel by taxi, which the hotel paid.

Everything was good and the reception staff were super nice. The only thing that is worth pointing out is that the carpet had probably not been vacuumed for some time, very dirty but other than that we were happy.

Good for one night only
This was just okay. Needed two connecting rooms for a long flight layover. They did not have connection rooms but gave us two rooms right across the hall from one another. Front desk attendant was not friendly and not rude, just blah. The rooms are very small. There is shower gel and hand soap in the rooms. Towels are very rough. The walls are very thin. We could hear babies crying all night and alarm clocks from other guests in the morning. The shower was super hot and it was hard to regulate temperature. We were happy to get snacks from the lobby. Only two people can ride on the lift at once. We opted to take the stairs. The shuttle service was late to pick us up for our flight and it costs 30 euros. No one was at front desk in the morning for checkout just drop off room keys and go.

The room was not clean, it was also noisy during the night. Other customers were also unhappy. The transfer to airport was not free, it was cheaper to call an Uber. I won’t book here again.

A hotel near the airport
we stayed there before getting our flight back home. Very close to the airport. We asked the stuff about a place to eat, but he didn't give us any recommendations. the parking was full and we parked on the street. the room was reasonable for our needs.

Like this place close to the airport, simple, clean, quiet, got a great night sleep before our long flights and transportation from hotel to airport was on time and comfortable. Receptionist was also very pleasant and helpful. Will stay again if we need to.

Older venue and about 15min walk from train station. Location was not as close to the station as I had hoped for as we had an early flight so walking in dark with luggage was not going to be easy. We optioned with an arranged shuttle for extra fee. AC unit didn’t seem to work but luckily not a hot day. Wi-Fi was not reliable.

Will never stay in this hotel again. Arrived at 10 pm, had to take all my luggage by myself using stairs on the third floor and discover that room wasn't even cleaned yet. Was given another room , Asked to help with laggage and was told that they dont really have anyone. Shuttle to the airport was great

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, several blocks from a restaurant or store. The staff takes Austrian entitlement to the extreme, not helpful at all.

Property is a good price and is clean and well kept. Sufficient for an airport sleep. Shuttle was on time but needs to be booked night before. Restaurant was closed and no food room service. Maybe that has resumed now? I was pleased overall.

Not good, location is far from the airport and nowhere near any restaurants. We walked half an hour to find a restaurant and they are booked for party and do not allow more customers to dine in. No internet in the room and very inconvenient for us and front desk staffs were not helpful

15 minutes from airport, so it cost another $25 in taxi service and their shuttle service was $18 to get to airport. They don’t have shuttle for pickup, only delivery to airport.

Quite banal...TV didn’t work. Receptionist did help after I came down to ask her personally as she didn't answer the phone because given that she was busy outside chatting and smoking...taxi ride of 7km costed €25 from Vietnam Airport one way. Ridiculous how Uber is available here but very difficult to utilise and taxis are the only option.

No use for the Airport.
Too far to really be an airport hotel as the taxi cost €22. Even the shuttle bus would have been €18. No staff at reception even though it was supposed to be 24 hours. Just an envelope left on the counter with my name on it.
