Good things: price, location. Not so good: 1) did not clean our room 1 day out of three days stay, and left us without clean towels, toilet paper and soap. 2) I asked for a wake up call far in advance, and the night before I asked concierge if they have my request on record. A concierge confirmed they have it, I reinforced the importance of this since we had an early plane to catch. A concierge sounded annoyed and somewhat rude, saying- if we have a wake up call, you will get it. The result? No, we did not get a wake up call. 3) there is no coffee machine in a room, only in a lobby. It would be OK with me, but when I was trying to bring a cup of coffee to our room, my husband did not want to get dressed to come down to a lobby, their service personnel did not allow me to bring a cup of coffee upstairs, saying I cannot bring their ceramic cups to my room. So, I did not care for this hotel.
