We had a smooth check-in experience as the front desk representative was friendly and helpful. Loved the “drink or clean the room” option. The customer service we received throughout the rest of our stay from other front desk representatives was disappointing and the bartender was not friendly.

We would like to get any offset from the hotel. The guest was disappointed by construction works in the hotel from 7 am in the morning. We cant say that it was a holiday for them because its not comfortable to stay there and to hear this noise. No one warned us about this, no massage from the hotel. If we knew that we wouldnt book this hotel for our guests. To have a holidays with the lack of sleep and headache - terrible. They wanted to change the room but on the reseption they told that you can hear it noise in any room - so bad...
