Terrible customer service. Staff at counter did not honor my pre-paid Hilton cards. They swiped my cards but still went ahead and charged my American Express the full balance. 2 room king corner suite. Supposed to accommodate 5. Only 2 towels in bathroom. Pull out sleeper sofa very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs and the sheets on it were dirty. Had to ask front desk 3 times for towels and new sofa bedding. Mini fridge leaking water. AC vent rattled all night. Will not stay here ever again.

Check in was terrible, person didnt properly activate something for our room keys couldnt get in and stood outside our room close to 30 mins. Had to make 3 trips to desk to get the cards to work.Had a family emergency had to check out a day early no assistance from the rude staff to deduct the charge.

The staff are so welcoming and accomodating. Check-in was a breeze and our room was perfect with great views. The atrium was one of our favorite features and we loved happy hour downstairs in the bar. We will return to this property without question next time we are in the area.

Recommend food service staff wear gloves and hair nets I found hair in my food which completely turned me and my wife off from eating from the breakfast complimentary which is a big factor of selecting this hotel as records show And decided not eat from there during our stay Other than that we enjoyed our stay
